always clean. very nice resort wish they had more music playing during the day by the pool but otherwise great! would visit again and would recommend

We loved the location and the beach was amazing Food wasn’t that great.

Everything was clean, the property was lighted really well, the views are absolutely amazing. Everything was great.

The room I booked was not available. They made me take a room with 2 double beds. One of us is 6'2 a double bed isn't going to cut it.

Location was great, only a 30-minute drive from the airport. Food was the best from any other resort I have stayed in. Pools where all close to all the rooms. The bar pool was great. Party pool lived up to its name. The piano/cappuccino/specialty drink bar was such a great place to hang out after dinner. More communication as to what is going on at the resort, fitness center, games throughout the day, nighttime festivities.

It was a bit racist. Employees and other people staying were anti black. It was uncomfortable but we still enjoyed ourselves

Great spot in the beach, great idea to have the palms instead the umbrellas in the beach, also the hotel is taking care to the environment to not use plastic bags . Rooms are clean and good size. The food is so good, tasty, fresh . And the service very friendly . I do not have any complaint

Staff. Buffet food was nice. Large rooms. White Robe with slippers Evening dinner restaurants were impossible to get into. Had to use buffet only. Huge lines for 1+ hour wait otherwise. Wild dogs running around on property scaring kids. Water slides are far for kids to get to. Beach has No walkways to get to. Only 1 path to walk to beach. Seaweed not cleaned on the beach. Dirty water not maintained on the beach.

That it was clean and had a great view. The racism there. The possible being drugged.

Food was not great

Staff was friendly and professional. Elite Club offered some good perks. Additional restrooms are needed in proximity to the restaurants and bars. Also , showers should be located near every stairway leading from the beach to the pool areas in order for guests to remove sand from their feet prior to re- entering the property.

Resort entertainment Grounds well kept and views, you can see the ocean from the buffet and pools etc Beautiful ocean lots of chairs Hardworking staff Drinks were good, some bartenders put more effort into drinks so not consistent. Food at buffet was ok, not amazing. Some items were good nothing amazing. We tried 2 restaurants, Krystal wasn’t good. The Asian was was 8/10 Ac in our room was weak including ac in buffet dining area. Sweating in the am while eating isn’t fun

I didn't like how the front desk make me pay extra money for my children. When I booked my 2 rooms I gave my children ages , my boy is 6 years old and my girl is 11 years. I put it down my children age while I booked my rooms. So, when I got to the hotel everything changed . I didn't know why. So I didn't appreciated how they handled my booking

Great property to stay Isolated area

The landscaping was beautiful! The room was nice and spacious. The mini bar was stocked and the weather was amazing. The staff kindness, hospitality, and professionalism was top notch. The only thing that I had an issue with, is a foul smell that was on the Ground level where the rooms were. It was lingering in one wing . It smelled of mildew, but that was the only area that had that issue in my opinion.
