There’s not enough things to do on the property. Hardly any entertainment going on.

Everything was absolutely incredible about this resort. Truly the first time I’ve been on vacation and it feels like vacation. You feel taken care of in every way and you feel completely relaxed. Everything is thought of and taken care of for you. From the poolside service (food, drinks, and even sunglasses cleaning) to a turndown service at night when chocolate is placed on your pillow and relaxation music is put on the tv. Everything is so clean and the staff is incredibly kind and will remember you and your drink orders! We were upgraded to a better room at no cost when we arrived and couldn’t stop raving about the resort the entire trip. There are events throughout the day and night so there is always something to do. I would come back here in a heart beat. We’re already talking about visiting again within the year! SO worth the price. Some things at restaurants were a hit or miss but mostly great! The seaweed is pretty rough on the beach in June though they do try to keep it clean. While we were there, we could only get in the water one day because of how much seaweed was in the water and shoreline.

Gorgeous property with lush tropical grounds. Food was delicious, everything was clean. Very attentive staff.

The resort was absolutely stunning. Everyone on the staff was friendly, kind, and very attentive. We already booked a trip to go back to the resort at the end of our stay. They went above and beyond to make the trip unforgettable. While we loved everything about this resort. The Infinity swim up pool next to the activity pool could have had a higher energy. Maybe some fun music.

Very annoying stuff who wants to sell you Hyatt membership. Also, public bathrooms located everywhere in resort, might be better cleaned.

I would have liked a little more privacy in the bathroom area, but we knew it is meant for "romance"

Facilities, view, most of the crew very nice and friendly The tractor the hotel hired to move sand from below our room to the beach every night between midnight and 4 am. No warning, nothing, just put us there knowingly that we will not sleep well. When we asked if something can be done, we were told it was reported to the supervisor. Or in other words, you are on your own. Having a magnificent room without being able to sleep when you come over to relax, is frustrating.

Beautifully designed resort. The room service food was awful. It would be nice if preferred club could have access to the sauna and cold plunge facilities.

the pools very enjoyable. The food is good. We brought our little poodle and it was great to be able to have her for our anniversary with us. The difficult thing is to decide what to eat since there are enldess options!! there was no previous information about the requirements to bring my dog (cost and documents), but the staff helped me, so it ended up ok, but it's good they publish the info so people can be prepared.
