A truly 10/10 resort experience from the moment you step foot on the property to the moment you check-out. Girls trip dream! I’m not sure why prior reviewers have mentioned poor food quality because I actually felt as if the food was phenomenal with many options. The rooms are spacious and all of the amenities offered on the property are close in proximity. Resort felt like a well oiled machine and I can only image how much it will continue to grow given that it’s only been opened for a short amount of time. I can’t wait to visit again in the future.

Restaurants are good and food y very good too. The buffet 10/10 The room Service SUPER FAST!!!! And good The waiter at the pool Betinia EXCELLENT LUIS from the activities super fun, also Mario and Maria They need more personal, like waiters…. We have to wait a lot of time to get a table and food

Overall the resort is very clean modern and updated places well manicured well kept an overall the foyer is very impressive Some notable people made this trip worthwhile number one Luis Gonzales, I sale low in the main bar and the pool staff and Brian in the buffet The pool is very clean the fresh bar is really nice the food at the pool is cooked to perfection and they don’t mass produce the bath staff at the pool and overall grounds people everyone is hospitable and the place is exceptionally clean and well looked after This resort is brand new and I feel needs another six months for it to settle in for everybody to get their bearings The buffet is not open in the evening which is a big mistake you are forced to have dinner at the restaurants but because everybody goes there at six sometimes you’re waiting an exceptionally long amount of time for the dinner The dinners are a little hit or miss one day you might go to the one seafood restaurant by the water and the ribs were terrible and I had to send it back but when you go back the next day for dinner it’s a completely different experience Overall the restaurants are OK but I think the food quality can be improved they certainly need to open up the buffet for the evening that gives people the option to go and have a buffet instead of sitting at the dinner The French restaurant the Mexican restaurant and the steakhouse were all very good They need more stuff at Mike’s coffee bar in the morning two people is not enough the mad rush of coffee as people are waiting a long long time for their coffee you need to overstaffed this especially in the morning

Shower temperatures fluctuating randomly, view was listed as ocean but it was really a vacant lot with the ocean in the distance, lack of toilets throughout the facility was an ongoing nuisance. Only 4 toilets around the pool area meant lines every time.

The staff was exceptional, particularly Daniel, server at Pez Dama. The variety of the pools was nice. The beach was nice. Excellent cocktails at the lobby bar. The availability of dinner seating was something that really needs attention. There were two restaurants that we could make reservations at but it was nearly impossible to get into one of the other restaurants. Also the food quality was okay; nothing outstanding. The music outdoors was obnoxious. It turned on at 8:00 am and was very loud. Best time of the day was early morning because you could actually hear the ocean and the birds because the music wasn't turned on yet.

It was clean. Way understaffed food was ok and took at least 2 hours to get served , drinks were very poor made and almost water down. Lack of entertainment and almost everything shut down around 11:00 pm

It’s a brand new property with a few pools (no fighting for chairs), great restaurants, fun entertainment and an absolutely beautiful beach. The layout of the resort was great, very easy to get around but what makes it special was the staff. They go above and beyond. I can’t say enough about them. They made my stay a 10 out of 10. Nothing.

Beautiful location, very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The dining experience still needs to be improved, the booking process was clunky and the wait time to get your table is really not acceptable.

The staff was very friendly They just opened and the place literally was falling apart. This place is very expensive for what you get! Don’t spend the money for the privilege experience! Not worth it

I really enjoyed myself as a Privilege Guest during my stay at the resort . We were assigned a butler as soon as we checked in , Javier and Jose were Great. There’s an app to follow for the entertainment as well as making reservations. This is the only resort I’ve seen that has a bowling alley on site and that was one of my main reasons for vacationing there and I was not disappointed. Very laid back atmosphere, Service was beyond Great and I hope it stays that way even after the newness wears off . Small Price to pay for a piece of Heaven . The beach is within walking distance, there’s 5 pools , one lazy river and an indoor Hydro Therapy Pool . Privilege Guest do have a lot of Perks and is definitely worth the extra money ! n/a
