The owner’s and the vibe is very good. Room Cleaning Staff doesn’t knock and directly enters to the room.

Lo malo es que supuestamente el desayuno abría a las 7am y avise que bajaba a desayunar a las 7am ya que a las 8am me iba a tomar mi vuelo. No obstante, el bar no abrió hasta que se hicieron las 8am, me tuve que ir sin desayunar y gastar el doble en el aeropuerto. Más allá de este percance, volvería en el futuro :) espero mejoren este detalle.

I was genuinely impressed with this hotel. It’s an excellent choice for an overnight stay near Cancún Airport. The current management and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. After my flight was cancelled, they went above and beyond to help with my reservation, which I really appreciated. They even offered to take me to the train station, which was a very kind gesture. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing significant. I had an initial communication issue before my arrival, but the management resolved it quickly and professionally.

Pretty amazing hideaway in the jungle near the airport. The restaurant is open air and unfortunately uncomfortable during dinner.

Jenny in the front office is really nice. We had a missed flight and stayed here for one night with the kids. We had to check in early and they were very compassionate. The pool is lovely, the room is beautiful. The tv has Netflix, Amazon prime and everything else. The jungle vibe is very welcoming. Our room had a jungle view, and a balcony. The Resturant is very good- American comfort food. The lady (Marie) that runs the restaurant is really wonderful - kind hearted and speaks English. You need to get a cheap uber to town center - it’s not a big deal when you consider the peace, quiet and tranquility.

Super attentive beautiful set up. Bar and restaurant were awesome. I booked the hotel because they said they had a shuttle. I called three different numbers I messaged on WhatsApp and I couldn't get a ride. So I had to pay for a ride from the airport and that was super expensive. But the shuttle ride the next day was perfectly priced and showed up 10 minites early.

Everything about the place was immaculate. The crew was incredibly accommodating with my late arrival and still served me dinner close to midnight. Provided me with everything I needed.

I am a Female Solo Traveller & stayed here for 2 nights. And it waaas the best! Felt very safe in here and the staff were very accommodating. When I was having a problem with my uber I asked the admin if he can give me a ride to go to my tour & they did it without hesitation. They also made sure that I was enjoying. AND THE FOOOD I LOOVE THEIR MARGARITAA, IT WAS THE BESTT! and the tacos, burger and esp the fries! The pool was very nice & clean as well! some of the ubers really dont want to go here since they say its out if way so if ure gonna stay here and u would love to go out, better if you rent a car.

The loaction of the hotel was a bit out of the way. But we could tell the area is becoming more modern.

Every one from the staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean everywhere. WiFi very good. Quiet. Secured. Nice pool. I had a problem with Uber and the manager offered to drive me to my appointment. He saved my day. I was able to communicate in English. Next time I visit Cancun this my hotel for sure. Nothing.

The food was ok at the hotel, a little pricey though. The hotel is cool and has a lot of character. The beds were hard as rocks and not comfortable. The location was very off the beaton path so we were not sure we were in the right area but we eventually found it ok. It was an interesting experience. The safe in the room is an issue, they did not explain to us that the key for the room also opens the safe, my 8 yr old thought she was being smart putting the key to the room in the safe to keep it safe, she ended up locking the saft with the key in it and they charged us to replace the safe because they supposedly couldn't get it back open. So that was a downer for the first night of our trip.

They saved us from a bad situation with a canceled flight. The hotel sent a driver to the Cancun airport to bring us to the property at night, in the rain. They set us all up with a room totally via Whatsapp chat, so the language barrier was not a problem. The next day, after an amazing breakfast, our driver brought us back to the airport for our rebooked flight. There is an extra charge for the driving and the breakfast, but it was completely worth it for the safety and peace of mind that we received. Without a driver from the hotel, the taxi drivers at the Cancun airport will try to overcharge you for a ride. If the hotel driver is not available, please do not pay the taxis more than $40USD for this trip.

The spacious room was lovely and the tropical forest setting was beautiful. The restaurant, friendly cook and the food were great. The bed was very uncomfortable and made sleep difficult, something very important for a hotel. There was supposed to be a hairdryer in the room . I didn't notice that it was not there until the next morning when I needed it. No one was in the lobby to get one for me so the cook found where they were. There is no full length mirror in the room, only a small round one in the poorly lit bathroom. You must scan a QR code for the restaurant menu, not acceptable to me. A menu should be available.

Very special Trying to find it at night

We left early and skipped breakfast since we were only there for a few hours due to our flight being canceled the day before. I wasn't a fan of the location when we arrived at night.

We felt like the hotel was in an unsafe area and didn't feel comfortable staying there. Hotel was also very slow to respond when we were trying to locate the property. We had to drive down a bumpy dirt road for 1-2 miles to find the place and didn't feel comfortable staying there.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room and bathroom were huge, very clean, and comfortable. The balcony had a nice seating area with a lovely view of the greenery around. The pool area and restaurant were great, and having an elevator was very convenient. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy. I’d happily stay here again!

The location was not good as taxis would not provide transport to the hotel in the late hours and very little lighting area

Everything was so beautiful and serene!!! The restaurant was wonderful and staff went above and beyond! Perfect stay from check in to check out. The location is in a questionable part of the forty after dark.
