The backyard The people they’re lazy! The manger doesn’t care about people getting abused! There’s a guy wants to hit us and his kids also cussing at us when we stayed there and we report to the manager all he said is “ okay”.

Close to the airport Close to nothing else, food was bland and expensive and the pool was dirty.

Spacious room and bathroom. Clean rooms. I didn't see many staff, but the ones I met were friendly. Great garden area with some facilities such as darts board, swimming pool and pool table. Decent food from the restaurant. Near the airport, so it's a good hotel if you need to catch a flight the day after, that's also the reason why we booked this hotel. Location, don't expect to find much restaurants or shops nearby, but on the other hand like I mentioned before, it's near the airport. Some lights weren't working, I switched the light bulbs, but these weren't the problem. So some things needed a bit of maintenance. Dirty aircon inside = unhealthy air to breathe in. Aircons should be professionally cleaned every six months to a year.

Nothing to like about this place. Total scam Terrible customer service. Rooms are not even close to what their images show. No internet despite their false claims. Tye location is not safe. Nothing in the rooms were working including lights, shower, drawers and dispensers. This listing must be removed. I had booked for 10 days, only stayed one night and moved out without refund.

Excellent little place near the airport. Very quite and comfortable with great kitchen. Everything was great. The only issue was the WIFI.

The dinner was nice, but I couldn’t get service for coffee in the morning. There was a server there for another couple but I sat there for 15 minutes & could not seem to catch her eye. I hated the check-in procedure for the “ automated “ process. I would rather deal with a person than text message and coded locks. I had difficulty with the WiFi in my room and could not use it.

The internet did not work. There was no staff. I was given the access code to enter the hotel via WhatsApp but to do that, I needed internet and the internet was not working. The soap container in the shower broke. I was disappointed that there was no staff and that I got to the hotel in the dark at midnight The internet did not work!!

The property operates entirely through self check-in, with no front desk or on-site staff. The instructions for arrival were clear, but it’s important to understand this is a fully self-service setup. Unfortunately, the WiFi was very spotty during my stay. I reached out through WhatsApp for assistance, but the response wasn’t helpful and I was never able to get connected. That was frustrating, especially when reliable internet is important. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the lack of on-site support and the unresolved WiFi issue made the experience less comfortable than it could have been.

We booked this place and they send an immediate request for a whatsapp message via dm to finalize a booking. We sent such within 1 hour and we did not get the access keys at all. We arrived at night in cancun and where without place and zero replies the days after. Until now no response to even get the money back. Shitty situation because retards like this exist we were stranded at night.

Excellent kitchen service. Beautiful room. Excellent taxi service to airport. Gorgeous common area. Beautiful tile work everywhere. Room location ( room #1) too close to dining and common areas. Very noisy with all tile floors. Conversations really carry. Toilet seat broken. Weird access only by access code to open entry door. (Site proclaimed no staff on site). Which i did not know until arrival. No reception staff. All communication through what's app. " only" stay were 2 very sweet kitchen staff.

Safe secure gated place.A boutique quiet place to chill for families with good facilities. Restaurant staff was very courteous and food tasty and presented well. Internet is weak,unstable or absent. Internet based Roku TV did not work. Safe was locked out probably by previous occupant and management did nothing about it. Management dismissed my request for couple of hours of delayed checkout even though most rooms were vacant. POS machines do not work well due to unstable internet.

If you are looking for a quiet hotel in a residential area Villas Palmeras was an absolute gem! The place is spotless, very well kept and the staff are very friendly! The pool area and grounds are immaculate and quiet. The room I had was spacious and very clean. They looked after my taxi ride to the airport and the self check in process was easy and well explained. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

My sister's husband hurt his back due to that the room they got had a step down entering the bedroom and their wasn't a warning sign and he tripped, fell and pulled his back. That was awful and he was in so much pain. They need to have a sign or a warning before entering that room.
