The room was great. Only issue I had was that they were doing maintenance on the pool everyday day from about 10am-5pm. Lots of banging with hammers that I could hear and feel even on the 4th floor. Despite that, everything else was great. Restaurant on the 1st floor was delicious and reasonably priced. All of the staff were excellent. I felt really safe in the area. Plenty of restaurants and other business all within walking distance of the hotel! The road out front was very busy! Gad to be extremely careful when crossing the road. Couldn’t get room service to work! Restaurant was as really good though! Shower drained slowly but it wasn’t terrible!

The hotel was functional at a much better price than the "hotel zone". There is a seafood restaurant across the street that is fabulous and much better pricing. A 5-10 minute Uber to the north gives you malls, sports bars and the downtown area. If you do want to go to the Hotel Zone & beaches then it's 20+ minute Uber and $10+. If you're on a budget, then this is still way better than staying in the Hotel Zone.

The hotel is centrally located and in the shopping complex, there is a restaurant and bar. It's right by the highway so you can hear the car noises.

Spacious, clean and modern feel I booked the suite expecting a kettle and microwave. But, they didn’t have. Since it was just an overnight stay, I was ok with it. One of the aircon controllers didn’t operate on causing excessive cold.

Location to airport. TV worked well. No service, no staff after 7pm, no water, no hangers, no glasses, pots, one mug, one dinner plate, one salad plate, on extra blankets or pillows, not as shown in photos. No hot water in sink, shower fine. No front entrance... both taxi arriving and uber departing could not find the place. All dinnerware was stained and stuck together... flatware bent and pieces missing. Not a Spa hotel, the spa was an other business in the adjoining building. This was an apartment building with limited conversion to hotel. No room safe. No decor. Spartan. This was a disaster. Very upset. Booking.com said it no longer lists this! Why were we not informed of this.
