Friendly bartender and that’s about it!!! The pool caused two kids to cut their feet. Only one restaurant was open with the same food everyday. No AC in the restaurant or lobby. They offered zero compensation for this!

Everything was moldy, dirty, unhealthy and gross. Mentioned to staff nothing happened until o booked somewhere else and they tried to put me in a different room.

The only think I like was the air conditioner 1- the customer service was worse 2- the cleaning of the room 2 of 10 3- the food only good in breakfast 4- they sales I beautiful hotel in Booking but when you arrived they tray’s to charge more money to change the room 5- offer a show in The night but is only 3 person 6- a lot of crew angrys and no friendly 7- serving food in broken plates or cup 8- need more cleaning 9- I contact booking but no one help me 10- in 5 days no one change my sheets 11 - no refrigerator in the room or coffee maker 12- I need to request a security box , but is only with key no combination

The view maybe wzs the only good thing The pool and water park was very rusty. Bar has very limited liquor availability and staff was unpleasant.

I had a good time the staff was friendly and accomadating and tried their best to make my entire stay smooth sailing. They arranged airport drop off as well and my cocobongo tour. The Italian Restaurant was also ?. To be honest it's relatively a bit far from the tour spots compared to other hotels. the extra driving after my tours was a bit tiring. Of note however it's really close to Isla mujeres marina so if you're interested In that that's a plus.

Waterpark and activities staff Needs to be updated. Food wasn’t great, especially the Italian restaurant. Drinks def not premium more sugar base. Cocktails were not really cocktails.

Nothing The worse hotel I've ever stayed. Sorry for the people that work there but the hotel is ugly. How is possible they offer this hotel for tourists. the faucet of the sink and shower are rusty. The A/C unit was leaking, the bathroom was always with water in the floor. I killed like 10 mosquitos inside the room. The buffet was almost snacks and hamburger, nothing good. The pool looks dirty and unpainted areas... You should not offer this hotel to tourists please !!!

The lobby was nice and the food was good We got two stories room and there was no bathroom upstairs. The bathroom was very old and ugly. The tub was moldy on the outside. Also the shower courtine was dirty

The shower and restroom sink wouldn't drain the ceiling in the kitchen, collapse the downstairs toilet, and keep on leaking water. The restaurant only accommodates about 20 people at a time, and on line, they promote room service, and they dont have it, and at the buffet it was good but my baby tried to take a book od cereal to the room and they took it away from her I paid for the all inclusive so basically I pain for that food

The site as a whole was amazing. There were lots of things on offer and the staff were very friendly and accommodating The quality of some of the foods was not amazing. For example the pasta served in the main dining facility lacked flavour, however this is completely different for the included specialty restaurants which were incredible.
