The pool was dirty, not only insects, but the water wasn’t in the best condition. Also the pool and the deck need an urgent repair. We showered twice and never had hot water ??‍♂️ in the bathroom.

I liked my quiet, clean room with a very comfortable bed and a tranquil golf course view. The hotel is close to the Puerto Cancun Marina, and if you are a runner, there is also a space for that around. I actually like the fact, that the hotel was a bit away from the crazy 'Zona Hotelera' in Cancun, but if you up for the constant hustle and bustle of touristic destinations, this is probably not a place for you. I would probably improve a bit the swimming pool area - it felt a bit uninviting.

Modern. Nice sized balcony. Very cold fridge No hot water? Shower not enjoyable cold water. Bathroom window allows higher units to see inside. This needs to be addressed for privacy and safety purposes

Location is premium, views are fantastic. Used it before. Never disappointed. Check in process tedious.

Very nice staff and safe and easy to access location with security and free parking. Near shopping and beaches. Clean and quiet. There were no knives at all for cooking in kitchen nor a coffee maker. There were no dish clothes only 3 small napkin grade towels which was problematic. They were very accommodating and provided missing knives and coffee pot quickly upon request

We could cook our own breakfast. It was a 15 minute walk to downtown or a 15 minute walk to the mall in Puerto Cancun which had several food options. Amazing view, could see all the way down the golf course and other condo buildings in the distance, unobstructed view of the sunset and was amazing to look at on the balcony. The place also had a premium Netflix subscription for us to use (that's all we used on the TV). The location is a bit of a walk away from either downtown or the beach (30 minutes walk), however this cannot be helped. It was a quiet walk around the hotel which was nice. The tour guides were still able to drop us off back at the hotel after, but tours could not pick us up at the hotel, so instead we needed to walk 15-30 minutes to a common meeting spot.

Beautiful hotel. Requested a certain room as I had stayed there before for a lengthy visit. Was told I could have it and upon arrival it was not available

Nothing. Saw a rodent, view was awful and location was bad. Don’t recommend. Was told I get a refund and have not heard back.

Very clean overall, nice view of golf course. Bathroom shower very modern, clean, nice big towels. Quiet except for barking, wild dogs all night. Located a nice Japanese restaurant and other shops as a result of staying in this Puerto-Cancun/ marina area, but it's a bit of a walk to anything. Unfortunately, it created a sense of isolation. The worst thing is that there is another building that sits directly in front of this condo building; you have to walk up through and past it to get to your hotel/condo entrance and the people hanging out in front who "work" there give you a nasty look every time. But more of a problem is that this first building completely blocks out the sun on the condo's rear common areas including the pool which remains in the shade all day. My front door however did catch the early sun; nice but right below is the parking lot. No cards or keys: access codes work fine and the door talks to you. Careful walking in and out of the entrance; cars enter rapidly and frequently. There is also a constant wind/breeze. OK for summer but I was cold the whole time there (February). There is also no heating mechanism in the room. I was thankful however that they provided an extra blanket. There is also no snack bar or place on the property to buy anything. There is nothing with respect to beverages or snacks provided: no morning coffee or anything in the lobby. However, a courteous employee did bring me some ground coffee which I then used in the coffeemaker. It was good, but no milk available. There is nothing you can buy without leaving. There was a purified water dispenser available on the ground level, but it did run out of course. The rear pool and seating area could have been a nice place to sit but the lack of sun and the wind made it impossible. It would also help to have someone at the front desk in the early mornings. There's likely is a limited desk schedule in that this is more of a private condo property. And last, the TV had YouTube access and videos to watch, but anything else required signing up or subscribing, etc. No news channels, etc. This hotel will work best for people who are more used to time share where you bring everything you need and use the kitchen and/or eat out for meals.

Everything but they should do better with the gym equipments.

Great Location in the marina

Clean, modern, spacious, free parking, view. Full kitchen- a good value if you don't care about having beach access. Also free washer and dryer. 20 minute walk to real grocery store. Mattress was very firm and very uncomfortable for 3 members of our party so we didn't sleep well. Water pressure in shower was poor and water was not very hot, and there was no place to hang your wet bath towel.

This apartment is excellent for short and long stays. It has all the facilities you need. Super clean. Nice view. It would be perfect if they could have a washer and a dryer.
