We spent one night here. It is super close to the Isle Mujeres ferry. We stayed one night after coming from Isle Mujeres just to go home the next day. It is clean and basic and close to the ferry. But there is nothing else around there. If you are looking for a place to stay as your "base" this isn't it. But for an overnighter, it was fine. There was no refrigerator in the room.

Clean newly decorated rooms. No breakfast facilities although booking.com sold it as breakfast included. Beds very uncomfortable.

The hotel is only 5 minutes from the ferry port wich is probably the only reason to book your room there if you want to spend the weekend on isla mujeres without booking a hotel on the island .The staff is very friendly and will help you if you need something. There is a public beach 5 minutes to the left of the hotel with some amazing local restaurants wich serve the best and freshest seafood I have ever eaten.I can recommend Patcho’s , that’s where we ate but I am sure all the others are just as good.A must go to place if you have booked a stay at the hotel The hotel has seen its days. The rooms are Okay for a short stay. The beds are the worst, the mattresses are very old and uncomfortable also there are no amenities except some freeze dried coffee inside the breakfast room (no breakfast available)no small fridge inside the room so don’t bring food that needs cooling
-
walking distance to the Isla Mujeres ferry no restaurants nearby.

It has all the basic necessities. It was very cramped. The water from the shower didn't have enough pressure to shower normally. The airconditioner was old and pointed towards the bed, which is the only possibility, because the room is very small. The near beach is not the best.

We booked the property because of proximity to the ferry port. I expected something basic for this price however our room was dank, dark and uncomfortable, with only one pillow provided each, threadbare towels and broken furniture. The restaurant was closed both in the evening and the next morning and there are few breakfast options around. The room was not cleaned after the first night. We checked out early . Staff were dismissive of complaints.

It’s not close to the main beaches

The front desk clerk was real nice, and it was extremely quiet what I was looking for The windows and doors wasn’t secured can be easily broken into could not use my portable lock on door, this hotel was also in the hood

I was pleased with the staff. Very friendly and helpful.
-
Quiet, clean, private patio area, free parking. Short walk to the main passenger ferry to Isla Mujeres. A few small shops and restaurants nearby. No view. Access to the beach was not very easy. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Some of the descriptions I read mentioned a bar and restaurant on site. It looks like this used to be the case, but not anymore. There is a port directly across the street from the hotel, but this is only for tours and fishing and snorkeling excursions.

Ten minutes walk from Isla Mujeres ferry. Toilet leaked water onto the floor with every flush. Staff was helpful in moving me to another room.
-
Nice location near beach, private parking in front Very hard beds, röoms basic 2.0
-
Clean and comfortable, friendly staff No breakfast, and inadequate rain protection on the door - a bit of a flood during a bad storm
-
Nice size room and close to ferry port Wifi was down for a while and the tap did not work so had to use the shower!
-
Property is basic but nice in its complex. The room was fairly clean and bed comfortable Hot water not always available when showering - no fridge in the room
-
Lots of noise at night. Loud bass echoed in the rooms from the nearby ships. Bring earplugs or headphones.
-
Nothing Thank goodness we only stayed one night, the room was in desperate need of an update, the bed was horrendous it was like trying to sleep on the floor, I had to actually check that I was even lying on a mattress, don't get me started on the bathroom or I'll be here all day.
-
The mattresses are very hard and the bathroom door didn't open fully it bump into toilet.
