A/C , well equipped , Swimming pool under the shower I had to wait few minutes to get warm water, the breakfast had not such quality, the location was not good and very scary at night.

Perfect for staying one night in Cancun

Fir the price of the room it was much more than my expectations. Clean, quite, great staff. I even extended my stay for three more nights. I'll be leaving cancun for three days but will be rebooking this place to finish my vacation.the When I first got to my room I closed the curtains and they fell down. Maintenance fixed it right away. Later on I turn on the ac no working. So I got moved to another room. It was all good then.

Very clean and convenient to the move around. Would like kettle for tea and coffee included.

Clean and Convenient Paying additional tax on arrival. This was not transparent and refusing to hand over the keys to our bedroom unless the tax was paid in cash. Offered to pay via card as we had no cash dollars on arrival. Reception refused but later accepted card. This is the same for Deigh booking on the 10th February as well. Please be more transparent next time. Paid 315,000 Pesos per room.

Nothing They don’t clean the beds or even whole bedrooms, even bathrooms! First one of the drainages (the shower one) was not absorbing the water! They changed us of bedroom but the another one was full of mosquitoes and dirty they don’t do the sheets! The location is very bad, far from the center where there are stores and everything and it is even dangerous, I was with my mom and we were scared of even think about going out. Also have like a mafia with the taxis of the city, they ask for unfair amounts of money for rides and if you ask for your own taxi service they stalk you and any person that goes for you to give you a ride! I asked for my own ride and they attacked the driver! I needed to stay in there because I paid first and I couldn’t cancel but it was the worst experience I have had in a hotel. Unfortunately I just took a picture of the problem in the shower but I hope other people can show more

Brand new in buildings and landscaping, Atenea is an absolute GEM on Holbox. It is quiet, safe, across the street from the beach, gorgeous buildings with all the amenities and owners 100% committed to ensuring the comfort of your stay. Nothing at all not to like about this property.

After a long flight we slept very well at the hotel. The bar and restaurant staff were lovely and made a great first impression of Mexico. Food was good too! Nothing

Place is near to main road , easily reachable. Facility are not good. Beds are not comfortable. Wi-fi connection is too bad. Not even watched single YouTube video.

When you first arrive you are not sure where the door is, it makes it look uninviting, and the neighborhood makes you feel unsafe. One staff member was not helpful and other days other staff where helpful and friendly. When asking for an extra towel, I received an old towel that was worn down.
