Excellent stay with outstanding service. I found the JW Marriott Hotel & Resort in Cancun to be a high-quality hotel with excellent accommodation and outstanding facilities. The room was very spacious and comfortable, beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was effective and kept the temperature just right throughout our stay. Our room had a beautiful sea view, which was amazing to wake up to every morning. There a several pool areas which are well serviced for food and drink. The beach front was good but at the time we stayed there were some seaweed on the beach which were cleared often and also the waves a bit strong but ok to still enjoy the water - generally lovely to hang around the beach. Breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit and a wide selection of buffet options to choose from. We had dinner at the hotel on three of the six nights we stayed, and each of the restaurants we tried was very good. We also visited several restaurants in the surrounding area, which were excellent and gave us a great experience of Mexican fusion cuisine. Water and snacks were provided in the room at no extra charge. A minor issue was that some bar items were mistakenly added to our bill, although we had not used these items. However, this was quickly rectified by the staff. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The hotel staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this luxurious hotel. Nothing.

While the property is nice, its faux-luxury aesthetic is absurdly overpriced for what it is. The food options in particular on site are obscene.

On our second day we paid for the breakfast buffet. Our server was nonexistent. I was so bothered by the poor customer service that I could not enjoy my food. When the bill came it made it even worse. We paid approx $--- was okay food and poor service.

Room comfort Restaurant food quality is abysmal!! The dining experience fell well below the standards I expect from a property of this caliber. The food quality was consistently subpar. The seafood did not taste fresh, the pasta was improperly cooked, and the red sauce had the flavor and texture of canned sauce rather than a freshly prepared offering. Additionally, red wine was served at an inappropriate temperature, which further detracted from the experience.

Proximity to the beach, chaise lounges had mattresses,close to great restaurants.

My movement in the room was restricted due to sensor monitor that was attached to the snacks. It was tempting. Can you just make the room free from sales. It should be a room for comfort and relaxation and not a sensor room with restricted movement.

Service is great! Pools are amazing! Food is delicious. There was major construction during my stay, and we where not notified before booking reservation. The beach was disappointing... too much seaweed. Water looked brown and uninviting.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly & the location is fab! We came during seaweed season unfortunately so couldn’t use the beach as the currents were high too. Used the pool instead which was lovely :)

I really enjoyed my stay here, the property was so clean and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was very relaxing and the resort was beautiful and photo worthy. During our stay there was construction happening throughout the property otherwise it was very nice.
