Location and daily room cleaning Breakfast very poor, better not to pay extra for the breakfast.

Nice hotel, big room, clean and comfortable. There is parking.

Convenience walking distance to multiple locations The breakfast served cold beans, cold eggs with bacon, the server seemed to be having a bad morning, we weren’t offered toast, bread or tortillas with our cold food. Check in desk took forever. There was only 1 person attending the check in desk. We were notified an event was going to occur so we had to wait for a table to sit at which took 45 minutes or more to receive cold breakfast, it definitely was not worth the cost.

It wasn’t very clean and everything seemed really old.

The “pool” is about the same size as a bathtub beds were dirty staff was pretty rude water leaking from the sealing. Overall a pretty old place and uncomfortable old beds!..

Everything was above and beyond

Great breakfast and excellent location, the room was very comfortable and clean. There is a very good restaurant at 5th floor and I enjoyed eating there and not having to go somewhere else to have dinner.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The sheets were clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—definitely a must in Cancun. The location in downtown Cancun was convenient, and I had no trouble getting around. Best breakfast buffet I took an Uber to the Hotel Zone for less than $10, which made exploring easy and affordable. Overall, it was absolutely worth it, and I would definitely stay here again. They will ask you a city tax when you are checking in. We have already paid it on booking.com but this is an extra city tax. It’s $15 dollar extra per room

Hot water for shower

Location is good. No electricity, lights don’t work, including bathroom lights. Used a flashlight to go to the bathroom. No hot water. Bed is hard and damp. Polyester sheets. No working phone to order room service or call about issues. No sign saying “Mex Hoteles”, drove around for 20 min trying to find it. Down an alleyway. Front is boarded up with graffiti and gates. Looks abandoned. unfriendly woman working at the reception.
