Yhe l9ocation, how clean the room was and the comfort of it. The room could been bigger.

The location was near the centro area which was the only highlight of this place. The room was not at all like the pictures. (The pictures posted are probably from when they first renovated or built the property) Not clean, No toiletries Towels were worn off. Lots of Mosquitos and they did not even have anything to deal with them when requested. You can easily get better rooms and facilities at the same rate or even less.

There was no breakfast The room was too plain and when it rained water was entering the room

Non Cleanliness was terrible, they did not offer this service to the room. They offer breakfast but there is not, the place need a lot of maintainance is in terrible conditions and smell bad. Is not a Hotel and is not Boutique.

Cleaning, we found hair in bathroom: blankets and sheets

Staff were nice. Breakfast advertised was not available/discontnied. Pictures on website deceiving. Very uncomfortable mattress/pillows. Barking dog that was inside office.

Location was good. Cozy. The receptionist charged me $4.00 extra even though I showed her the confirmed price. She yelled at me. The listing said it was a suite, but it was just a regular room. The stove in the shared kitchen was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned. The pots and pans were very old and limited, and most of the coffee mugs were chipped.

Wonderful staff and location - I was alone with my daughter (5 months) and the staff helped me out so much. Access to kitchen (refrigerator, stove and microwave as well as dishes) is definitely a bonus.

No hot water, the receptionists were rude, dirty room. They did not explain all the information correctly about the hotel. For example: they did not tell us that we have to leave the key so they could clean the room. When I asked about this, they suggested for me to clean it. The receptionists kept an eye on you as if you were to steal things. No courtesy breakfast as advertised. TV does not work, etc.

Superb

This property is super excellent; some wonderful staff, top-notch location (cross the street and take an R2 bus for 12 pesos to the hotel strip. Defines Beach is an excellent public beach). close to everything including large grocery store, huge mall, Walmart, Costco… Very good price, large room, with closet and hangers and large TV; good hot water and water pressure, very nice neighborhood, quiet. Comfortable bed. Really good breakfast, lots of fruit and good toast. coffee tea, and water available pretty much 24 hours a day and full use of a nice kitchen. There are about eight rooms in this hotel. AC and fan work great. We stayed three nights and I’d be happy to come back for five nights and I don’t think I’ve ever said that about another hotel and my husband and I have travelled really extensively. Hotel entrance sign is really hard to see, very light coloured and It is kind of behind a bush. (this is a really common issue in Mexico.) Very chatty staff at shift change and you can hear them at 6:45 AM. (This really wasn’t a problem for us, as we are morning people, but it may be an issue for some.) make sure to indicate if you would like a non smoking room or a smoking room. A lot of the room is made from concrete and the concrete floor has been painted and is very unattractive as it needs to be redone.

It is ok but the bath room was bad the toilet was smelling urine all night the fioors needs to change and upgard door for bath room can't looked and tiles floors need to change everything in the bath room and floors the owner and some assistant was very nice except one she was had a bad attitude

renovation is needed. They need to repaint. The chairs had rust, and the room walls and closet were dirty looking

The price was ok and the location pretty close to the centre I didn't like that there were a strong smell of fungal yeast and accordingly humidity, my clothes, my bags and possibly my lungs are full of fungus now...., there also was no hot water at all times. When they say breakfast it's not really breakfast, its a piece of melon two toasts of bread with jam and coffee (maybe also a juice)

Comfortable king size bed Very noisy at night. Not really clean…
