The smell in the hallways are stale.

The staff from the front desk to the waiters was very pleasant and helpful. I went down for a surgery and myself and sister was treated with care and thoughtfulness. Give a big thanks to Ivan a waiter in the dining area. Just the best service. Will travel there again soon.

Everything! Will definitely be coming back

I arrived after a 15-hour trip. The restaurant doesn’t offer gluten-free food (making it impossible to have dinner), and the moment I lay down to sleep, the pillows smelled of sweat—it was so disgusting. I’ve never had an experience like it. I spoke to the front desk, and they told me they would send someone to change the pillows and sheets. an hour later, a man arrived (at 1 a.m.) in maintenance attire and left sheets on the bed. When I asked if he would change them, he said no—that wasn’t his job, that he’d only been asked to bring the linens to the room. It was the worst experience, and getting my money back was such an ordeal that I had to hire a lawyer. So without a doubt, it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Staff, room and location Nothing

The breakfast buffet was fantastic and rooms were big and spotless . Staff were fantastic and very helpful. The pool area was small and didn’t get too much sun but they did have a beach club with only so many spots that they would take you too which was very nice !

We really enjoy absolutely fabulous breakfast with very attentive staff. We also loved the location, as mentioned by many fellow travelers, there are great restaurants in close vicinity of this hotel. Room was spacious and we had nice view over marina. Parking lot is next to the hotel with 24-hours security. Actually, whole area has additional security and is very quiet and well maintained. Quite a contrast to actual Hotel Zone or Cancun downtown. It's a minor stuff, but considering this is 5 stars facility, it should be addressed by the management. As mentioned in previous reviews, there is bad odor coming from walk-in shower. It's not strong, but one will smell it for sure. While there is construction ongoing opposite the hotel, related noise is not super annoying.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good housekeeping. Good location for visitors who want to explore Cancun and surrounding areas. Good restaurants in adjacent mall. I can't think of anything.

The room smells slightly of mold and the windows don’t insulate sound enough. We didn’t sleep well there.

We did not have breakfast With the price of the hotel they should have a complimentary breakfast for their quests We were on the 4th floor and the ice machine was broken the whole time we were there. Location was fine we took Uber wherever we wanted to go Free breakfast and workable equipment

We couldn’t stay at this place for personal reasons and asked if the fee could be waived and they took forever to reply

Located inside a gated marina area Room AC could be more powerful. It took hours for the room to come to a cool temperature. Also, when you leave the room, the AC turns off, when you come back after spending the entire day out in the heat, your room is the same temperature as the outside.

I loved every minute of it! There was great variety for breakfast and the location is just amazing. A beautiful view all day long. Relaxing and peaceful! And I must say thanks to the staff; especially to Ingrid. She was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Love her! Love everything about the experience! I’m already planning a next visit
