Hotel Imperial las Perlas

Room was spacious. Service at the restaurant was very good. The beach is not great. It is an old property and could use some maintenance.

For the purpose of my trip it was ok since most of the time out on tours/activities so just need a resting place which for me was ok

I liked that it was by the beach, a good budget all inclusive stay, food was decent, room was always clean, and you can book excursion or ride a jet ski right on the property. Has a small convenience store and souvenir shop on the property. Staff was nice. The wifi was poor in the room, you could not swim due to sargassum .

Unbeatable location, right at the beach! A few steps away from a white, sandy beach with turquoise calm water with no waves or sargassum. There is a restaurant on site, with a nice view and also a convenience store right outside. The building is old. Of course it's to be expected for the price, but also the towels and furniture are torn, broken or missing altogether. This is probably the most affordable beach-front hotel for a reason.

only location wise it so easy to travel else everything waste wifi is worst and room shared has items broken and not all worthy for the amount paid. Its very bad experience with hotel

Good location The building is in need of paint and repair. The rooms are quite outdated and not properly cleaned. The pool is in need of a good scrubbing some tiling .

It has a pool and ocean view and close to shopping “All-inclusive” did not mean room service nor did it mean drinks/food at any time. The food was buffet style (offered at specific times) with limited options and not usually very good. When checking out you need to wait so they can ensure you haven’t trashed the place.

The bathroom didn’t have hot water and water pressure was very low. Room had no nightstand and only one plugging outlet was working. Tv would not connect to WIFI. Also only thing in room is bed and a small table they use as a nightstand.bathroom is old fashion shower head not working properly non refundable plus I just went for 2 days with my kids so just stay all day outside just come for sleep we don’t even take shower one day overall not acceptable!!

Nothing The room had no dresser, fridge, or closet. The wifi barely work whennin the room. The photos on website and what it really look like is diff. Only Has one restaurant to eat. No snacks in lobby. Pretty sure i seen a sex traffic men looking for girls

I like that it was in a tourist area The food was HORRIBLE , no seasoning , very unappealing to the eyes . It was like I was at a jail buffet
