I was very pleased with our recent reservation through Booking.com for Temptation Resort in Cancun. The process was seamless, and upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find a dedicated check-in/check-out desk for Booking.com and Expedia guests. Odalys at the front desk was especially welcoming and made us feel genuinely appreciated. We even received a complimentary upgrade to their second-best room category, along with chocolates, a bottle of champagne, and a thoughtful banner across the bed thanking us for being Booking.com guests. It was clear that Temptation’s management values their partnership with Booking.com and goes the extra mile to show it. I’d also like to highlight the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. Arturo, our concierge, provided excellent support; Frank, our membership consultant, was professional and respectful; Jones, our server at Sutra, was wonderful; and Marco took great care of us two nights in a row at the Score sports bar. A few helpful tips for future guests: • Two restaurants, SHE and Sutra hibachi, require reservations. These can only be made in the lobby during a two-hour window each day and are valid for that same day. All other restaurants are walk-in. • Men will need closed-toe shoes for the upscale restaurants. • After check-in, you will be approached about the resort’s membership program. The staff is polite and will respect a “no,” but if you do attend a presentation, plan for about three hours total (despite being told it’s just one hour). This includes the tour, breakfast, and final business meeting. While the team was disappointed when we declined, they accepted our decision graciously. We declined because we were not sure if we wanted to go to this ‘type’ of adult resort on a regular basis. Another positive: check-out was smooth and transparent, with no hidden fees. The only additional charges were for a VIP table we had requested in advance, which we were fully aware of. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The entertainment staff kept the atmosphere lively and fun, and while the scene is definitely on the spicier side, it never felt over the top. With guests of all ages and body types, the environment felt welcoming and comfortable. Thank you to Booking.com and the entire Temptation team for making our stay so enjoyable.

The location was great and the food was good for an all inclusive The staff is unfriendly I needed help with a discrepancy and they leveraged my $400 deposit for a booking review. Rooms are outdated. Lack of attention to detail. Not much to do after the pool.

I guess if I had to complain about anything would be the room size although super modern with all the amenities. So I guess if you even call that a complaint that would be it the difference in the two hotels was day and night
