El precio es muy cómodo en comparación a otros hoteles y está cerca de la playa. Las toallas estaban manchadas, se veían sucias, el hotel en sí es viejo y le falta mantenimiento. No hay opciones de desayuno, el café no es bueno para nada. El restaurante de igual forma se ve sucio y le falta mucho mantenimiento.

Where it was located No ventilation in rooms, there is AC, but due to the lack of ventilation rooms with mold and high humidity.

The only thing I noticed was some mold in the bathroom's ceiling. Maybe by having a proper window that could be prevented.

There was no breakfast option, only what they bring, but it was really great and enough.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The internet in the lobby was fast and reliable, which was helpful. We stayed for one night and didn’t expect luxury for the price, but the experience was still disappointing. The room had a very strong chemical smell from cleaning products that triggered allergies. The bathroom also felt quite old, especially the sink. With some updates and better air circulation, the stay could be much more comfortable.

There was a very loving cat walking around the facility, and the breakfast was delicious three times out of the seven days I stayed. The shower head flew off the pipe when first turning on the shower, but luckily, my boyfriend was able to fix it. However, the water from the shower every time you used it left a mess on the bathroom floor. The shampoo dried my hair out and smelled really funky, so I needed to use different shampoo. There was a gap in the window in the bathroom in the shower. There were mosquitoes coming into our room, so we had to keep our bathroom door closed to keep them from entering the bedroom. The parking was hectic because we weren’t guaranteed parking near the hotel. The breakfast was very hit or miss. There were 3 times out of 7 mornings where breakfast was good, but the rest of the time it wasn’t even half decent. The wifi didn’t work in the bedroom, so we weren’t able to use our phones or watch netflix in our room. The chaos was not worth the price we paid. We paid for a cheap hotel and thought the great reviews would outweigh the negatives, however, for 6 nights, it wasn’t worth our money at all.

Beautiful setting with a pool. Great staff. The rooms have a strong disinfectant smell.
