Location and the beach Pretty much the whole Hotel was hot with little or no AC. Buffet restaurants line were huge and had to kinda fight for the food.

Most of the staff were not welcoming. Every time we asked something we barely got a nice answer. The system they have in an app to book for the restaurants was terrible. We stayed there 6 days and barely made it to dinner because they never had availability even though the few times we could many tables were empty. Terrible service we are definitely not coming back and for sure will not recommend. This hotel needs a lot of improvement from the management! Heard many people complaining about the same.

We had a good stay at Oasis. One of the biggest highlights is its beachfront location—you can step right onto the beach, which is absolutely beautiful. The resort offers a wide variety of food options, so there is something for everyone. While the food at the regular restaurants is good, we found that the quality is noticeably better at Sense or if you pay for the upgraded dining experience. Overall, it's a good resort if you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation with plenty of dining choices and an unbeatable location. Unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by several issues. For the first two nights, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. The hotel offered us two different rooms, but the air conditioners in those rooms were extremely noisy. In the end, we were moved again and provided with a fan, which finally made our stay more comfortable. Another inconvenience was that one of the elevators was out of service during our stay, resulting in long waits every time we needed to go to or from our room. We also felt that the staff, especially in the restaurants, were not very friendly. They may have been overworked or under a lot of stress, but the level of service did not meet our expectations for a resort of this category. Overall, while the location is excellent and there are positive aspects to the resort, the maintenance issues and customer service left us disappointed. Unfortunately, we don't feel the experience was worth the price, and this will likely be our last stay at Oasis.

Great people! I honestly picked the wrong resort, I wanted The Grand Oasis Cancún, everything closed early by 7 pm in was quiet. Truly a resort for older adults or families with young children. The linen was awful. Really not what I expected.

El servicio de algunos meteors.

The private Beach is the best part. The Food is good but could be better. The pool is also great. The staff was very friendly. It's easy to get there. The beach sand had trash sometimes. The cleaning of the hotel was not great. The lounge chairs had always bird poop on it. The bedrooms were very old.

The check in they not let you in after 3:30 pm and I don’t know why you asking at what time you get there, you make reservations for the restaurant and the not giving to you, and you can see no body at the restaurant. The food at the buffet was terrible

Nothing. The front desk guy name: Angel Morales he is trash not good as person I recommend not to deal with him or any supervisor to be honest. They just try to get more money in any way, they don’t let you eat at the “best” restaurants if you don’t pay the upgrade black wristband they food is the same every single day believe me, I paid a lot money for 2 rooms and they didn’t let me get the communicating room for me and my daughters. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE.

Ocean view, beach, and pool. Most of the staff were helpful and welcoming. The coffee shops were nice and had ice cream for kids. The food was decent. The options were many, but the food quality lacked flavor. At one station, the guy making tacos set the pork and chicken in the same big bowl. Mixing meat is wrong. Also, some of the staff, when you ask them to help you find a place, give you confusing directions instead of walking you there. After multiple phone calls to the desk, I had to go down to ask for towels.

It’s close to everything, the room space and view was nice. Very clean. The restaurants should be scheduled on the app I was there for 2 nights and not able to schedule the restaurants, everything was full. The other restaurants that don’t need to schedule had long lines for dinner, we wait around 40 min to get sit. Some staff doesn’t really want to help (only 2 employees wasn’t nice). I few the hotel has low staff working for the season, everything has long lines, to get drink, to have dinner, to check in and check out.

multiple bars, our room was in The sens, so room was quite spacious. The interior at the entrance lobby was great, courteous front desk and room service staff. I would not recommend booking excursions through hotel, prices are high and they dont tell you about all the extra charges you have to pay at excursion. i bought an excursion for 350usd and then i had to pay 200 usd which i wasnt aware of. That was quite disappointing.
