Oasis Palm - All Inclusive

No shuttle to the airport

The food was not diverse enough. The bufete options were so limited. The rooms were so tiny. The pool and everything else closes too early. There is not activities to do in thr afternoon. It is all inclusive and they will try to charge you extra for basic stuff.

The room was deplorable. Water leaking from the top of the ceiling, A/C was not good. Huge puddles of water in the room, had to dry with the towels. Not a good Hotel

It said All inclusive and it wasn’t i definitely feel like that is false advertisement

Location and beach Facilities is old and needs additional maintenance. Food was not good not many choices. Unable to reserve on many restaurants it looks like hotel has 3 different categories, low, middle and high. Pool was dirty . Drinks were missing alcohol test more to water . Overall bad experience for what I paid for it .

the environment, too crowded, it seem cheaper, not the quality of the environment that I was expecting.

The food was amazing! Clean and nice pools The bathroom floor was every time wet because the design of the shower

I just liked the location, it’s very convenient since it’s located in the Hotel area in Cancun and in general the food was ok. The property is old, you can noticed when you look to the rooms. No small fridge in the room (something normal in resorts), frequently they couldn’t handle the amount of people and you’ll need to do a line for breakfast, dinner, etc and in general the personnel is not that friendly, most of the time I have to make a self service for beverages because nobody will take care of my table. Also, the washrooms didn’t look neat… there’s a lot of negative things I could related but I just mentioned the main ones.

Tha hotel was very poor cleaning all the restrooms dirty.

buffets were poor quality food, many of us got a bit sick. And the shows did not have enough room for us to watch them. Filled to capacity and no room available to even stand and watch

Most of the personal is not nice, I think they need training. The hotel wasn’t clean. Small beach for too many people. No much food options.

Everything was Awful

It was not tasty. It tasted as though the water used was Not clean Improvement on the food The A/C system needs improvement due to the fact that it broke down in the room several times There were multiple leakages throughout the building even while eating in the Dining Hall

Bar service was great, coffe place & TWB also. Victor at TWB is awesome. The canopies are very nice to rent & private. The hotel is not like pictures it’s very old, no A/C in elevators or room hallways, elevators dirty & some buttons don’t function. At room the sink drain is broken & clogged, shower drain broken, mattress very uncomfortable & pillows, TV not all Chanel ‘s functioning. The hotel needs maintenance & more flexibility in restaurants when not have a reservation. People from other areas in Sen pool & beaches.

We loved everything about the resort, they were very accommodating when we asked to upgrade and we had a wonderful view.

Good location 2 elevators for the whole property. One was broken and had to take the stairs the whole time to avoid waiting a long line for the elevator. Not a big deal taking the stairs but it’s where the pipes are and the smell was horrific.

Waiting for food, waiting for drinks, waiting to check in and out, no room service and no fridge in the room

The room was always hot. The air conditioner never fully got it to be lower than 78 degrees Fahrenheit. So sleeping was not comfortable at night.

Staff are friendly. Our room was poor because of bookings. Floors were dirty , made feet black. All inclusive wasn’t the truth. Limited access to drinks and food.
