Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Unfortunately, we had a few issues that really affected our stay. A hotel employee entered our room without knocking or announcing himself, which was very upsetting and made us feel unsafe. We also had personal belongings go missing from our room.

Beautiful property! Our xhale room was beautiful! I wish there was more to do throughout the day and a variety of things to do at night.

Paid for ocean view and got a bad view of ocean

The staff was so so so nice The water had a particular smell ( bathroom , sink ) maybe because of the condition of the water in the country . Besides that , We didn’t really beneficiate of our 200$ x2 usd from our reservation , the options were very limited

Our room was very nice but that was about it. The service and wait times, the good and beverage quality, the advertisement of XHALE club benefits not actually being what they were. The hotel bars understaffed to handle the crowds.

Absolutely loved it, I loved everything about it the rooms, the food, the staff, the location, the beach etc everything was great I truly can’t say, maybe the facts that all the restaurants weren’t open every night and that the bars close at a certain time (kind of early)

The food was good. Customer service was not good. Drinks were not good. There wasn’t very much to do. Ur don’t feel like a luxury getaway. The room upgrade was laughable.

The views were great The food. Some of the staffs were amazing but I’ve experienced way better hospitality. The hotel could have been cleaner. Also got charger an extra $1500 at the property simply because I didn’t put 2 adults. I think that was such a ripoff as the hotel room I selected was a king size and even if the requirement was meant to be 2 people I don’t think I should have been charged triple of the price. Honestly that took a way from the excitement of my birthday.

Las instalaciones en general, piscinas, camas, duchas, todo perfecto. Variedad de cerveza limitados, solo tienen 2 o 3 máximo, en algunos bares ni tenían. A algunos meseros les hace falta conocimiento sobre los platillos que se sirven.

I dont think ive ever actually wrote a detailed review like this, but its much needed. The food was absolutely horrible. I'm well aware that with most all inclusive resorts not to set expectations for food too high, but I stayed at a dreams resort ( a sister company of breathless ) a few years ago and the food there was 10x better. My boyfriend got sick 3 separate times and then once we started eating at restaurants outside of the resort he stopped getting sick... We stayed in a preferred club room, paying extra of course and although the rooftop pool was definitely worth it, that was the only thing that was. The private lounge was supposed to have "better" food/snacks & alcohol but it did not. Our mini fridge was supposed to be replenished daily and it wasn't unless we called to ask. We had ordered room service TWICE and then by the 3rd time we went to, it was as if we were locked out of it? They came to check our tablet and never brought it back lol. And then later that day another guest we were talking too told us we could order room service through the hyatt inclusive app, yet no staff member told us that. And we were ordering room service because literally only 2 of the restaurants were even open. The Italian and French restaurant. They had a Mexican restaurant that was only open 1 day we were there, the middle Eastern restaurant wasn't open at all, the Asian restaurant was only open for breakfast for the preferred club room guests but not for dinner at all during our stay, and then the seafood restaurant was open 1 night. Also the "restaurants" by the pools weren't open either except 1 of them for like 2 days.... We also decided to do one of the romantic dinner options they had.... it was originally supposed to be on one of the rooftops overlooking the beach... the setup was beautiful, nothing bad to say about it, however, the night we had scheduled it for... it was raining (lightly) and windy. Windy AS HELL.

Longer wait time at check in. However it was a Tuesday but still. They need more people working the front check in

That it was adults only and great location ! That the bar closed at 10pm.

It was on the beach resort and very surveillanced which was nice for guests safety. Things on the resort closed early at like 10-11 some of our stays. The room service food was so disgusting, the breakfast food wasn’t good either. Some of the restaurant food was nasty af. Overall stay was a 6/10 I will never book this resort again.
