Oscar and Antonio at Markado provided exceptional service and made every dining experience enjoyable. Agenis at Cape Noa was equally attentive and welcoming, always ensuring we had a great experience. Abraham at the gym was incredibly helpful, and the facility was spotless with a welcoming atmosphere that made working out a pleasure. This is a fantastic destination for families, and it's the incredible staff who made our vacation so memorable. Their outstanding service and genuine kindness exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend staying here, and my family and I will definitely be returning in the future! One area that could be improved was the housekeeping. There were a few occasions where the bed linens had stains, and some of the pillow covers appeared to have mold on them. While the staff addressed our needs when asked, ensuring that all linens are clean and thoroughly inspected before guests arrive would make the overall experience even better.

The room it was really clean, the house keeping service is really good. The food in the buffet is not good (no many options and oily ) the restaurants with reservations are a bit better but nothing special to be honest, and the service in the hotel ( waitresses and bar tenders) are below comparing to the service in Cancun. They have only one waiter on the beach, and the waiters at the pool are completely overwhelmed; consequently, the staff always appears stressed and unfriendly. The hotel's activities feel stuck in the 90s or early 2000s, they really need to modernize in this regard, and you have to pay a little extra for beach loungers, though I fail to see the added value. The rooms have been renovated and the beds are comfortable, but the hotel itself lacks personality.

building is a bit outdated but the furniture itself and decorations are nice and the service is fenomenal the food was very good, for being an all inclusive it is great

It was very spacious and footsteps away from the beach! The only thing I’d say is to make the snack bar open 24/7 because some people who travel get there late due to delayed flight times and get there hungry and only have limited food options that aren’t really the best, they should add tacos to their menu!!

Andres, the server from Casa Nova was the silver lining to our stay at this hotel. What a fun, enjoyable dinner experience he made for us. He was engaging, funny and wonderful. The property was dirty and run down. The beach was depressing.

The friendliness and eagerness to please of all the staff. The location. The beach. The pool. The food was not as appetizing as what I expected. But it was my first time in Cancun and I really had no idea as to what to expect.

The hotel is right on the water. You can walk to the beach. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Water park The food was horrible. My wife got food poisoning on the first day. We had to order pizza from outside the hotel to eat because the food in the hotel was terrible. Our room was smell like mold- we couldn’t breathe in the bathroom in the room because of hard mold. Worst experience in all inclusive hotel we ever been!

Location, water park The level isn't worth it.. there is nothing special about the upgrade , dinner reservations was a nightmare and a lot of back and forth!

2 things: the restaurant at the beach did not have neither air conditioning nor ventilation fans so it felt very uncomfortable tonhave dinner there. Second, when we arrived the room had some humid smell. We had to leave the windows open for a while
