Shuttle to other resort, laid back relax feeling! Restaurants easier availability! Bars close at 10pm!

The service level is outstanding ? Great team and very smooth check-in and check-out! The All inclusive package is a real PLUS! You can enjoy the facilities at two great hotels. Nothing, it was a perfect vacation.

The la palapa restaurant is at the beach side and have the good ocean view. But the service doesn’t seem like the ocean views. Took long time for waiting get even a cup of water while setting also checking out took a while too. My baby son was too thirsty and I just ask a water or milk for him then it took forever that make him crying a lot.

I liked that we had the ability to take a free shuttle to the sister hotel and use the all inclusive benefits at both. The other hotel felt like a true all inclusive resort. The pool was amazing at the sister hotel and the swim up bars. I also like the beach at the royal Cancun. The water was clear, no sargassum, and the water was calm and shallow. The pool was nice. Room was perfect for our family of 5. We booked the two bedroom with two twins, one king and a Murphy bed. I liked the option to rent kayaks but we never go the chance to do this. Close to Walmart and a mall. The concierge was very nice. They offered $143 and discounts on tours if we went to a 90 minute presentation. Not sure if this is plus or minus. I guess I liked the money and discount but not really the presentation. Children loved the kids club at sister hotel and the show was nice too. It felt like a 3 star converted into an all inclusive. Everything was confusing, signage was minimal and hard to find w hunting which made it super frustrating for me. Unable to take food out of the restaurant. We wanted to eat in our rooms without ordering room service or eat at the pool and wasn’t allowed. Food closed from 11-12 pm which was frustrating because on the room service menu it says something different. Towels were very hard to find. Walked all over trying to figure out where anything was. I was just annoyed the whole time.

Excelente location and good service
-
Food wasn't diverse. No European or Mediterranean food in the menus.
-
The food was great - we enjoyed the different food themes (Mexican was our favorite). The room was comfortable, as were the beds and linens. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved it! not a fault of the resort, but there isn't a lot of room for a beach walk

Not enough restaurants and food options
-
The beach was serene. Room Services took too long and less options of food and drinks.
-
The food was good quality, and there was plenty to do. The staff were helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable. Service could be a little slow at the restaurants.
-
I love the staff and the rooms were very spacious and clean. It didn’t have too many food captions I got a little tired of the same thing for lunch. I know we could have went to the sister hotel but with a 11 month only and a 3 yr old it was not possible

Cleanliness I want more activities

Service was TERRIBLE
-
Small, cozy, pleasant organized and clean. Great experience for the value. The villa is really comfortable and spacious! Excellent choice for families. Food could get an upgrade, but I understand that is what you normally get on all inclusive resorts...

The beach was beautiful and the pool was very nice. The swim up bar was a nice touch. Our room was a perfect size for 3 adults. We had plenty of room and the extra sink in the bedroom was a very nice surprise. The balconies were over the adult pool which I liked. The only thing I can think of that was not a great plus was the restaurants. The choices were not many and the food was okay but not great. And not really any other choices that were within walking distance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the friendly staff we interacted with. Food choices
