Great location near the beach, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. The room was somewhat outdated, and the air conditioner was quite noisy.

Me parece buena relación precio-calidad.

Clean and everyone was nice My wife was feeling very sick but they would not let me take a hamburger to the room for her.

Everything was good except the spa The spa i did not like

One of the things I appreciated most was their flexibility with arrival and departure times. We arrived early in the morning, well before the official check-in time. Instead of waiting around, the resort gave us full access to all the facilities. Since we had booked the all-inclusive package, we were able to enjoy the restaurants, pools, beach area, drinks, and all other amenities while waiting for our room to be ready at 3:00 PM. The same excellent service applied on our departure day. Although we had to check out of our room at 11:00 AM, we were allowed to continue using the all-inclusive facilities until 2:00 PM. After that, we could still stay and enjoy the resort's common areas until our late flight, which made our last day much more comfortable and stress-free. The resort itself was very clean and well maintained. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and quality that often felt more like dining in a good restaurant than a typical all-inclusive buffet. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The excellent service, flexibility, cleanliness, food quality, and welcoming atmosphere made this a great vacation experience. I would definitely recommend Occidental Costa Cancún to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Cancún.

Nothing I did not like

The Buffet was amazing. Vanilly the waiter was top notch and needs a promotion and a significant raise. Vanilly was the most attentive, polite, and fun server in the buffet. Our initial room was right off the road. It was so loud at night due to the door not being sealed (you can see light around the ENTIRE door frame) and hearing motorcycles as if they were right next to you. Additionally, the seafood restaurant was a serious disappointment, as none of the dishes we were served had any kind of flavor.

The staff are very professional and efficient. The quality of the food was inconsistent. Much of it was tasteless without any spices, seasoning, or herbs.

All the staff was friendly. The food at the buffet and all the restaurants were delicious!! we enjoyed all the activities they hosted it made our stay extra fun!!

All amenities were close. Staff always had a smile and willingness to assist you. Also the 24/7 are on the 2nd floor was a plus for Tea and Coffee. The food in the main Buffet could have had more variety especially for Dinner / Supper time.

Very good food There was not too much fun at nights. Maybe a Disco until 2am would be very cool
