I had a debit card and a credit card. I asked the associate which one would be faster to She stated three days for debit. so I gave her my debit card. THEN upon checking out. I was told it will take up to 30 days to get my money back NOT COOL!

The check in, the upselling Matt in concierge was very aggressive when we weren't happy to spend hours listening to them about upselling sales pitch. All inclusive is definitely not all inclusive in this hotel

Atmosphere, staff, activities Food options. They closed the main Buffett down on Friday and stayed closed the entire weekend. This ment that you had to go to one of the restraints for lunch or eat at the Mexican buffet. With Friday and sat being the busy pool days most chose the Buffet and with the main buffet closed Amores was very busy and the food options where not the best.

Obviously the pool and playmakers and bartenders. The restaurant staff everywhere (Juan and Jones in Sutra are beyond helpful!). The pool grill and Bash grill at night are great too. Wish I had a Caffeine here! The night shows are good. Kinda short but well done I don’t think I have any complaints… the pool atmosphere is very sexy but was definitely tamer than past trips. Didn’t love that

The grounds are clean and cozy. Everything on the premises is compact and convenient. The beach is not big, there is seaweed in the sea, and it is shallow.

The property is modern, clean and the pool area is exceptionally designed. The room is large and spacious. All the amenities you need are provided. We had a lovely view of the quiet pool and the sea. The staff are all very positive and friendly. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants. The beach is small but relaxing. Some of the night shows were quite good. Great selection of drinks included. The vibe at the hotel is the only thing that would prevent us from going back. It’s a topless option hotel, which as a European is pretty normal, but there is an exhibitionist feel about the place. So much so that when you go out on your balcony you see much more than the sea. At one point, I noticed a man sitting on the balcony at the opposite side of the pool area to our room with binoculars looking into other rooms. The food is was pretty good but the Italian restaurant and Sea Flirt were very noisy.
