The property had a big comfortable bed, 247 coffee and a big fridge. The AC was very good. the pool basically feels like a bath tub. The whole pool area is not very inviting or luxurious feeling

The rooms are large, comfortable and have great A/C. It is located away from the touristy neighborhoods which gives you more of a sense of local life than the main downtown area or the hotel zone. There are also many outstanding local restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. We stayed at a Soy Local in Guatape, Colombia last summer and really enjoyed it so we thought we'd give this location a chance. The WIFI in our room hardly worked but the signal in the lobby was good enough. It's not a very central location which could be a downside depending on what you are looking for.

Thought booking we received a free upgrade but at the end we received a standard room. Overal the room was fine and have everything that we needed.

Close to the ADO station and clean First room had the fire alarm chirping, we moved rooms and the second didn’t have towels and the A/C wasn’t working properly. The staff helped us out, but it wasn’t ideal after a long day of travel.
