Nice facilities, including a kids’ club. The The Italian restaurant is great. The pool area is fantastic! No option for Japanese or Asian food.

From the moment we checked and right up until we left, the staff, the view, the room . everything was absolutely divine. we had an amazing time. overall I would recommend. The restaurants were also okay . There wasn't much to not like asides from more options with the hotel restaurants on food choices. v

Rooms and the common areas (pool, beach, lobby, and bars) are really good. However, there are two issues you should be a

Th rooms and pools were spectacular! We also ate at the Devino restaurant which was delicious. They didn’t tell us that the $25.00 food and beverage credit couldn’t be applied at the restaurant. We even inquired about this credit at check in and was told it would be applied on the back end at check out. This was disappointing.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The grounds were kept up well. Staff were friendly. The buildings are cute. The beach is quite thin in this area. This is not a relaxing hotel, I would never recommend it to a couple. The kids are very loud and everyone wakes you up at 7am in the hallways. This is not a good value either as the food was really terrible. We didn’t pay for the all inclusive but if you’re going to pay $600 a night for all inclusive, you might as well spend another $150 a night and stay at Xcaret (there’s a kid friendly and adults only) and have good food. We did the $300 night that per booking came with a $50 credit but we had to fight to have the credit applied showing our booking on the app repeatedly and then they only did a 20% discount/it came out to a $30 credit. Dinner for 1 night was almost $150 and it was inedible. If you don’t pay for all inclusive there is nothing around unless you want to pay an overpriced taxi rate (there’s no negotiating if the hotel calls it so expect $25 to go 7-10 min) away. I much prefer staying in places like Isla where you can enjoy food outside of the hotel but we had to book 1 night here before we moved to a work trip resort which was $850/night adults only and had delicious food and grounds but a hard bed. I am very grateful for the comfortable bed.

The rooms were so clean and spacious. The whole resort was beautiful. The property was great. Sure from the front of the hotel facing away from the resort wasn’t the prettiest, but honestly, I only saw that when I was walking to my room from the elevators it really wasn’t that big of a deal. Even with construction going on

Beautiful resort, staff was very friendly and helpful. Pull out couch was very comfortable. Food was delicious and beautiful. Beach had a lot of seaweed even though they tried to keep up on removing it.

The beach is lovely, mostly calm. especially compared to the Hotel Zone beaches. There are numerous pools and hot tubs. The hot tubs are of varying temperatures, so something there for everyone. The staff are beyond nice and helpful. Our original room was garden view on the ground floor and a little noisy due to it being the main corridor and rolly luggage carts coming down the hallway early in the morning. We requested a move, thinking that we wouldn't get it. But they could not have been more nice and accommodating. They moved us to a room two floors up with an ocean view which was at the very end of the hall. It was amazingly quiet. I would have liked it if there were more casual food options. It was nice to have a buffet breakfast, and a buffet lunch would have been nice. Reservations are a little hard to get for the restaurants and they have a dress code.

This was the perfect family environment for our trip. I loved how many different restaurants were available and easy to access. I love the activities that were on site that were complementary as well as those that had a charge, but the convenience of not having to go anywhere or do any excursions outside of the resort, but still feel like we had a full vacation was perfect for what I had in mind. And the food quality and options were one of the best I have had thus far. And I have a membership with another resort and they top that easy. Previous reviews were spot on about that dash and my kids love to eat so they greatly appreciated all the varieties and quality food options. If I was not an individual who liked to plan and organize things ahead of time, it would’ve frustrated me greatly about having access to the restaurants. Because all my reservations were made 10 days in advance. However, we arrived late on our arrival day so we missed our reservation and the restaurant was not accommodating, although there were plenty of tables unused. We went to another restaurant and I did have to make a little fuss, but they were able to see us. It was very frustrating arriving late long travel days practically over I’m hungry with children and exhausted and all I wanna do is eat and relax. I wish someone would’ve just told me to call room service lol

Some of the cleaning staff was nice, hotel itself designed well in terms of accessibility No hospitality, no one willing to help with just 1 hour early check in, expensive for the location, tips added in the bills “as per hotel policy” without even asking us if we want to give tips or not,

They lie about the services and when I told them to watch camera they start giving excuses.
