The location. It's not in a freindly area although it didn't disturb us personally

Clean and a good value for an evening. Location and that it was very noisy from street traffic and voices carrying in the hallway. There are no restaurants in the vicinity either. Could not get the air conditioner to work but also did not ask for assistance.

Nice well kept little hotel, beautiful floors, rooms and restrooms, clean and good smelling sheets and towels. Has a romantic terraza and game room, cute little swimming pool, decent breakfast, decent coffee avaliable at all times. Front desk people and cleaning personal are friendly and sweet. I got confused about the bed size ( wanted a king, got a queen) they can improve on mattress quality) tv not accesible ( you need to use your own steaming psw on steaming plataforma or purchase movies, you cannot access any local tv stations. Hotel is close to the area of ferry to isla mujeres but far from the beaches on the zona hotelera. ( uber is cheap at Cancún tho)

The hotel was in a perfect location for us, we wanted to visit Isla Mujeres. The room was comfortable and clean, and we could check-in earlier as well. The breakfast was really poor. We couldnt eat that morning.

Very modern and clean. Beds are really comfortable too. The breakfast was basic but had everything we needed. Nothing to complain about

They didn't have hot water due to a technical failure.

I like everything...... the location was great and it had some beautiful views....the rooms were nice and cozy and the housekeeping staff (viky) gave us something to look forward to daily with the beautiful towel designs and a clean room .....front desk staff was also great especially the guy that could speak english well ...breakfast was way more than we expected and the environment was good...the rooftop was very chill and beautiful..... N/a

New rooms and very good quality. Very small rooms. As well it was no hot water for the first day, and when I tried to tell it, the staff was telling me that I am wrong. The situation is not bad. The breakfast is a classic European breakfast but the quality of products is very poor. As well, for the first day they did cleaning the second day no. When I said that in hotels the cleaning is doing every time when the client doesn’t put the sign do not disturb I have been told that I had to tell them before that I wanted my room to be cleaned. But no one told that before.

A/c was not switched on, so the room was hot as an oven for an hour.

It was located in walkable distance to downtown Cancún and groceries. There was also a small pool inside the building, and mini recreation room with pocket ball. Also liked the rooftop. My room didn’t have a refrigerator.

Hotel Amenities seemed good, i was only staying overnight so didn’t get a chance to take advantage of them much One MASSIVE scary cockroach was in my room…

This place is new and modern so the rooms are nice
