I was quite impressed which is to say the least. The check-in formalities were very smooth. The receptionist was welcoming and explained the package very well. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The decor is contemporary, well designed and tasteful. Breakfast buffet is an elaborate spread with a good blend of local, north Indian as well as continental dishes. There is something for all. Staff are helpful, cheerful and were seen to have the decency of greeting guests and often enquiring if there is something they can do to make our stay comfortable. Staff worth mentioning were Dheeraj, Sachin, Amit and Roshan. This hotel is slightly more expensive than those around the Candolim beach area, but the quality of service is definitely seen. The best part of this Hotel is that it is very Pet friendly and I loved their hospitality towards our Labrador! Constant maintenance and upgrade of the hotel was noticed which is an excellent endeavour and commitment to quality. Great job team Hyatt Centric. This hotel is just right. Although room rates are a bit steep!

Loved the breakfast and dinner. Kids had a great time in the game area Service near the poolside bar was extremely slow. They even forgot our order and we had to keep reminding them

Service staff, front office staff, housekeeping and over all hospitality. The pool, kids area and gym facilities were clean and well accessible Nothing to improve. Just for future, during buffet and peak hours at restaurant baby chair quantity should be increased since mostly families were seen using them. However staff was always arranged the same for us without any delays

I liked that the hotel was in the middle of the main market Roof was leaking, bathroom shower was clogged and water was flowing everywhere in the bathroom

Our entire stay was absolutely fantastic! We travelled as a family along with our pet, a 7 months golden retriever puppy, and the entire experience was made very memorable for our entire family. From the moment we entered until we checked out, everyone was so welcoming. The chef made special meals for our little pup that she absolutely enjoyed. A special shoutout to the entire staff, thank you so much for taking such good care of us. Hyatt Centric will be our go to spot for every Goa vacation. 100% would recommend ? Nothing

My husband is disabled person and we did not get needed wheelchair assistance which is a shame for a hotel like Hyatt.

This was our 2nd time stay in Hyatt Centric, we enjoyed the food (breakfast and dinner) during this time. The taste and options were great compared to last time stay (December 2024). Staff is super friendly, specially during breakfast and dinner hours they helped with our requests, just to name a Rutuja and Rahul provided the excellent service and hospitality during our stay. We also enjoyed the play area, swimming pool and other facilities. 1. During our last visit the room was equipped with facilities such as pair of slippers, hand towels. But this time they weren’t provided. Also, when hotel knows that there will be 2+1 guests in a room, they should proactively keep 3 towels, guests shouldn’t ask for an extra towel. It is different, when requested it was provided. But hotel understanding the guest and their basic needs will make you stand out. 2. In cafeteria we saw many people putting their hands to take the food, in fact during our dinner a family of 6-8 ppl entered the restaurant and few of them walked around the buffet area tasting the food on the move, not only that, those ppl dint even stay back for dinner, as they walked out. We did inform to the staff multiple times, but unsure there was any action taken. Request management to keep an eye on kids and some ppl who does this activity and it’s really unhygienic and uncomfortable for ppl like us. 3. Food and drinks at pool side, ppl were eating snacks with drinks sitting in the pool. If it’s only elders could be okay, but they were feeding to kids and swimming!
