The hotel is located in the center of Candolim, lots of eateries around, though most not for western taste. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioned works well. Breakfast has many options for locals, we had to ask for some things (like eggs and vegetables) that were provided. Naman at reception was very kind and explained everything about the hotel facilities at our arrival.The room was cleaned every day, Satish was very kind, and smiley, made figures with the towels, thank him. Breakfast was very limited for us The staff is not very nice, except those I mentioned The swimming pool is not big and people are allowed to get in with clothes.

The room was a good size, the location also good. Staff was nice especially bellman and restaurant. This hotel has a major odor issues. Sewer smell coming up the bathroom sink. Luckily the smell was not in the shower. They have the deodorizers are tied under the sink so they are well aware. Also the armoire has a terrible overwhelming different smell….like old wood or something. They also place deodorizers in there which makes it worse. It’s a shame because the room has a good layout and the hotel is good location. If we were not traveling with so much luggage (7) and I hadn’t unpacked everything at 11pm we would have checked out. But we made the best of it.

Few advice dry fruit, should be covered no place dry clothes, mosquito in the dinning area. Otherwise food was fine great staff I have mentioned everything on the above box
