1. Spacious room – Plenty of space to move around comfortably. 2. Nice balcony – A relaxing spot with fresh air. 3. Well-presented breakfast – Visually appealing and neatly arranged. 4. Professional and kind staff – Polite and helpful overall. 5. Good cleaning service – Rooms were kept tidy and clean. With a few improvements, the experience could be much better. 1. Poor door design – The main door was too tight and blocked entry space. The glass bathroom door made a loud sound while closing and also restricted space. 2. Ceiling fan not clean – It had visible dust. 3. Dirty balcony glass – The sliding balcony doors weren’t clean, obstructing the outside view. 4. Weak toilet jet spray – The pressure was very low, making it inconvenient. 5. Repetitive breakfast – Breakfast was mostly the same for the first 3 days. Only on the 4th day were 3 new items added. Salad remained the same daily, and the tea lacked authentic Indian taste. 6. Hair oil request denied at first – The receptionist initially refused, but provided it after a second request. 7. Slow restaurant service – Orders took time to arrive. 8. Delayed dish pickup – Used dishes were not cleared promptly from the room. After calling again, I was told to place them outside, which didn’t look good. They were picked up after 4 hours, which is unprofessional.

Rooms on 6 th floor are beautiful with mountain view best view rooms property ia clean all staff are humble and specialy breakfast was very good all the staff are so welcoming
