Reservations desk wouldn't talk to me when I tried to pay by credit card.. They kept hanging up. They wanted part payment to a bank account up front or they'd cancel my booking. That was impossible for me to arrange. I extended my stay at the end of an Intrepid tour. I do not think Intrepid should use the hotel when there's no way to pay despite the demands.

the staff is very helpful and kind hearted. if u need a budget friendly yet clean and aesthetic rooms, this would be it. would really visit again

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and bright. The restaurant served a variety of food and drink. The room provided a hair dryer, water bottle, tea and coffee. We had an infestation in the room, and we had to change room to a smaller one. The pool had too much chlorine that stung the eyes and irriated the skin. We mentioned it to the staff, and they said they checked the chlorine levels. Nearly every day, we told the staff there was no electricity in the room, when other parts of the hotel had power, therefore no A/C when it was over 30 degrees. They had to come and switch the generator on. The location was quite far out from the main road from bars and restaurants. Needed a car or taxi to get there or walk 15 minutes.

Nice hotel in a good location, close to town and the beach and with taxis right out side. Food was good and the pool provides welcome respite from the heat.

Staff location,hotel,pool Fridge only worked when in room so really no fridge just for boosting star ratings for bookings. 2 lots of different music blaring at once from the eating area and the pool area so if your pool side relaxing it was a nightmare nd only played the same tracks every day . Not relaxing !

Clean and very friendly. Pool was always clean and well maintained. Staff were attentive and provided excellent service when requests were made. Small breakfast choice for Europeans. Hand rails are needed for better access for disabled people to access the pool and to get up and down the steps at the reception area. A non slip matting around the pool is needed to stop people slipping over. A few people slipped on the floor around the pool during my stay.

location was great , All the staff are extremely helpful, always with smiles on their faces ..The room was very spacious and cleaned everyday day , the bed was most comfortable king-size bed I've slept in. Get clean towels , toilet paper water everyday in ur room ... The staff gave us a lovely cake as we were leaving saying we will miss you , how lovely was that ???? Would be bit better in room if they had a few draws , building work going around but you can't help that ...

Very friendly staff! Made us feel very welcomed. The pool was awesome. Pool working hours could be longer (it was open only till 8pm).

Breakfast,pool,staff very pleasant and courteous,room,location all are great.nice fluffy towels good water pressure in shower and hot . The fridge turns off every time you leave the room ,so really there is NO FRIDGE. if you want to make a cup of tea or coffee and like FRESH MILK it goes off . No point in having a fridge except it boosts hotel star rating .This ruined the hotel stay for us. Also pool needs a sign to tell guests No claiming sun beds when gone for hours by leaving a towel and book on them. Also men swimming in underpants at pool ! Blaring nightclub music at breakfast in the restaurant not enjoyable .
