Small property for a 5 star hotel

I returned to this hotel after checking out a budget hotel and another mid (3-4 star) hotel and I have to say this is the best in Goa if you want to really feel comfortable, enjoy breakfast, enjoy the pool and the beach. I honestly couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, breakfast is next level with the expressos included, the pool is large but somehow also cozy. I'd rate this hotel a 11/10 if I could.

The property itself does not seem to be a 5 star. But it exceeds the hospitality of a 5 star- from the staff at the reception, the restaurant staff, the managers- all were amazing. They made the trip memorable for us

Excellent pool , a really good size & kept in pristine condition, Pool area really manned well kept safe especially for young children Breakfast good, plenty of choice & area managed efficiently Needs more control at breakfast for seating, when there are a lot of people there is wasted space on tables

The rooms were lovely and so was the pool. The breakfast area was too busy not enough staff or seats. I ordered an omelette and 30 mins later I had finished my breakfast and still no omelette so I left. It was also a massive delay on getting a cup of tea. Basically if you needed to order anything forget it but the self serve area was fine but verging on empty at 10.00. It was too busy to be enjoyable.

The staff was super friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. Went out of their way to make us feel comfortable . Perfect place if you have an infant with you . Nothing ! Everything was great

Amazing property with exceptional service. Must must visit for stay in goa. Plus the complimentary shuttle service is a huge add on. Breakfast spread is good too.

This property is best for families with kids… they have lot of activities planned for kids to keep them engaged… very close to the beach too I would highly recommend this place… Food was top notch the chef are so customer friendly tat they serve according to customer needs… the staffs r so kind and always at your service

From the moment we were picked up at the airport we were catered to our every need with much preempted by the wonderful staff in The Astor Hotel. From the cleaning staff who left personalised messages in our room to the reception staff who organised shuttles. The bar and restaurant staff were all so superb and are a credit to this excellent hotel. We absolutely loved our time with you all and look forward to our return in the future. Absolutely nothing it was all so wonderful!!
