What didn’t you like about the property? This was, without any doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. I booked a 3-night stay, but from the moment I arrived it became clear that the hotel had serious issues with both its facilities and customer service. The shower gel dispensers in both the bathroom sink and shower were empty. My room was on the ground floor, where there was constant noise from the lobby and outside until around 3:00 a.m., making it almost impossible to sleep. The most serious issue was that the balcony door was broken and could not be properly closed. Since the room was on the ground floor with direct access to the garden next to the lobby, anyone could potentially access the room during the night. This was a major security concern. The air conditioning was also defective. It either failed to cool the room or suddenly became extremely cold with no proper temperature control, making it very uncomfortable. After a sleepless night caused by the broken balcony door, excessive noise, and faulty air conditioning, I reported these issues to the hotel. Unfortunately, nobody responded until I personally went to the reception. Instead of apologizing or offering a reasonable solution, the staff became confrontational and raised their voices at me. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a result, I had no choice but to leave the hotel early and book another hotel at my own expense. Despite the obvious problems and the fact that I did not use the remaining two nights of my reservation, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights or make any effort to resolve the situation. Overall, this hotel offers no value for money.

Location was good and close to the Cannes city center, the hotel room was comfortable and clean We did not have hot water during our stay which made the shower experience very unpleasant

Pool was always dirty. And there were toddlers screaming since 8am waking everyone up -for 5 days straight-, the staff did nothing about it

For a three stars hotel, the premium price and a guarantee of 200€ isn't justified, paid much less for better accommodations in Paris! The lobby isn't that great and the elevator hardly accommodates two persons and a carry on and the vending machine only takes coins.

It was a good experience, it was our first time in Cannes, the hotel was pretty close to the city center. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because it was closed but it seemed to be very nice. What I didn’t appreciate was that one of the receptionists couldn’t speak english, but fortunately we (somehow) understood each others.

Perfect location, almost in the city centre, included garage (we checked in the evening, left the following morning, so it was even free of charge). Nice view from the balcony When I booked the apartment, I got the confirmation that reception is working until 19:00 and that if we arrive after that time, to inform them. I sent the message on Booking, while reception was still open, informing them that we’ll arrive around 20:00 and if possible, to provide check-in info. They never replied, so when we arrived to hotel, we had to call them on the provided number. Number was not registered on any internet messenger, so that was one more issue, but we finally managed to check-in, when someone answered the phone call. I can suggest to register that number on WhatsApp so that foreigners can easily dial it or send message.

Not much Not clean, can’t even open the door because of the bed blocking the entrance. Room was not clean found a grape on the bathroom floor. Only shampoo no body wash. Instructions unclear. Called before booking to make sure there was someone at the reception to arrive late. The lady told me yes we are working all night so we are there. Arrived and found a keybox . Instructions unclear had to find the room in the hotel….

I love the room it was spacious and private very soundproof and perfect for our couple. I also enjoyed the free cappuccino downstairs tea and water. The bathroom shower was hot and the balcony was lovely. I love the outdoor patio in glass and the seating outside under the full moon where my husband could smoke and we can chat and have a lovely time.

There are no words for a room presented smelling of tobacco and sweat. Horrible cleanliness. Photos nothing to do with reality. Noises everywhere.
