La localisation est exceptionnelle, le staff est incroyablement gentil et tout est très propre et plutôt récent

Location was pretty good, 5 min walk from the beach, plenty of grocery stores and near the railway station. Had air conditioning and hairdryer. We had an unpleasant experience, the TV literally fell off the wall at 3 am, right on my luggage. Luckily, there wasn't someone right there or something valuable. The real problem was the staff, which first accused us instead of saying sorry and they didn't even seem to care about us or our things. Great location in the city but awful service from the receptionists.

Assia made my stay lovely!!

Very good value for money and better beds than much more expensive hotels can have, not too hard, not too soft. When you are at a festival you never spend time in your hotel room except for when you sleep so the bed is the most important thing.

This is my second stay at this property. I have no complaints. The staff is courteous, the property and rooms are clean. I'm especially impressed with the pristine white towels and bed linen. N/A

Central location. The only good thing. The only good thing is the central location of the hotel, everything else is terrible. As you enter the hotel, you are drowned by a dark smell of old and mold. As you walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor, you can see only stains on the old and worn carpet. We have an expression that in this case makes a lot of sense, "the fence is painted outside, the leopard is inside" Our room is on the 2nd floor, room 206 which is located right in front of the stairs, you can't help but bump into it. The door is old and hard to close and the room has the same heavy smell of mold. The room is like from the old days, with calcium on the walls, a metal bed in the middle, a wooden table and a place where you can put your clothes and luggage.

Some guest next door are noisy and banging doors during the nights no discipline but not fault of the hotel but staff could have done something as no sound proof.

It was clean and location was good. The person in the front desk was grumpy and not helpful even when I will translate to french. I felt I had go cater to him not to make him more mad. It is hard to feel so out of place in what is your home abroad. He was old so I felt bad bc maybe he didnt want to be there dealing with guest.

Excellent location- right in the city center Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially Francesco. Safe, clean and pleasant. The AC would turn off during our stay at night at least a few times. For the price we paid I expected to have at least more hanging space for our clothes- there was no closet and very few hangers. Only ONE very small table for a double room. There was some mold in the shower and the curtain itself was a bit rusty and not so clean. The bathroom lighting is awful and there didn’t seem to be any plug sockets if you wanted to style your hair. Also, every time the cleaner would leave our room she wouldn’t turn the AC back on which was VERY frustrating as we wanted to return to a COOL room. I kept kindly asking the staff to warn her to not turn it off and she never listened. The room is also very narrow with not much room to move around, so keep that in mind. I was told there would be coffee in the mornings and I never saw that either…

Great location. only 2 minutes to supermarkets and late night food and 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is a no frills place, but you get fresh towels and room service if needed every day. The AC did its job in the brutal heat! Keep the chair outside to sit during the night
