Hotel Jardin Croisette

This is a great location and hotel is very quiet with a beautiful garden that is tended by staff with love. We were pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to superior room with balcony! Overall staff was very welcoming and Oksana is kind, lovely receptionist that always checked on us (asking if we needed anything or how was our stay). Room was always clean and towels were neatly folded and arranged on the bed. Kudos to housekeeping ladies for keeping that place spotless! This hotel has the best staff in Cannes. ?

Friendly staff

Booked a superior double room and clearly mentioned about 2 twin beds, on arrival they asked 15 euros extra for the twin bed set up. Never heard that you have to pay extra to get the room with separate bed and most of all should be mentioned in the policy while making the booking

Charming, small family run hotel in the heart of Cannes. The rooms were bright, the staff always friendly and the garden a peaceful oasis in an otherwise busy city. The bathtub was a pleasant surprise. Nothing that we can think of.

Delicious breakfast and the most friendly helpful staff. Great location, highly recommend.

A beautiful boutique hotel set in a very verdant almost tropical garden Compact but a delight Bed comfy and everywhere very clean The hotel has made the very best of its limited space So very little disappointment

It was very centrally located. It took us only a couple of minutes to be by the beach. The hotel facilities need improvement. There was no water in the mini bar.

Communication with the hotel’s staff was unacceptable. I had to call them many times just to give me the code for the entrance, so we had to wait outside the building till we get a response. After entering the building they didnt provide information about in which floor the apartment is located, and even when I asked, they told me to enter the wrong door. The room was okay-okay, bottles of soap were empty both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. So we had to buy our own. I booked the place for 4 people and there were towels only for 2. There was one bed and one sofa-bed that was not prepared/open as a bed so I had to call them again and ask for instructions on how to open it which was not the easiest thing and I was expecting it to be ready. The bedsheets inside the sofa did not seem as clean as in the bedroom. Overall the apartment had a lot of problems in the shower and the bathroom in general. Nevertheless, the location is great for strolling around the center of Cannes.

The location was convenient. Apon check in they were not aware l book a twin. Then we are told there is an extra charge of €15 for that request. On this site after choosing the double/ twin room l thought l paid a final fee. It’s misleading to be charged again for a twin. During the night someone with a key came in yelling hello then quickly left after we replied half asleep, and again first and thing in the morning. When l spoke with the front desk they were not helpful, had no idea why this happened. No apology, no compensation. No sense of responsibility. One of the beds was very squeezy which resulted in a very bad nights sleep. The hotel is located close to bars so it’s not that quiet during the night as they claim. The rooms are definitely not sound proof. You won’t sleep well if located at the front of the hotel.

Nice location on close by the city and the highway. Nice room, large bathroom, making our stay easy and relaxed, also clean and super friendly personnel! The room did not really offer you privacy since the door was rather thin and the room was next to the corridor of the reception.
