That's a standard Ibis in a good location. Parking is nearby (for extra money, but decent amount). Air conditioning is a great plus and is worth mentioning you can get cold water in the lobby for free - that's a plus in hot weather. Nothing worth to be mentioned.

The location is near to the bus station and near to gare de Cannes and it was clean , the room was tiny for 3 persons but suitable for comfortable stay Staff is helpful and bring to us extra pillows Free Wi-Fi was available The hotel requested a 100 euro to be refunded in case if we made check out before 11 Am and if we did not break anything in the room which is a little bit annoying and the hotel refunded this amount to us at the checkout

A good hotel. Decently close to areas you'd like to visit in Cannes. AC is a great feature in a hot day. Other than this a standard Ibis hotel (did not have breakfast) I'd not say I didn't like - I'd only like to warn those willing to park with a big car that is gonna be... interesting. Worked fine for me, but there are a few spots requiring extra attention.
