Nicely located close to the beach; and close to Cannes. Parking is convenient. The staff at reception is really great and friendly! Rooms are comfortable with all the necessary. Balcony is large. Got some ants in the room but that can happen in summer

It s a new hotel, but lakes a lot of standard basics in the room. The staff was friendly. If u want to be in the middle of cannes, this one is far away a bit. U will need a 10 min bus to go to the center. We booked a triple room, it was so small, not for 3 persons. Bed sheets were not clean on arrival, we asked them to change it. Also they dont have a fridge, or coffee machine, or shampoo and klinex. It should be improved relatively to an Ibis chain

Did not like much about the property Cleanliness of the room, in particular the bathroom was awful, when we told reception and showed them pictures of mouldy shower we were told that somebody will come and have a look. Did not send anyone when we were away, we had to ask a lady who was cleaning a different room to come and see and she then cleaned the mould. I think it’s unacceptable to have mould and dirty toilet and when told to not even care as receptionist/customer service staff. Awful experience
