This hotel was so dirty and disgusting, I don’t know how they market themselves as a four star hotel because it’s terrible. My bedsheets had blood stains on them 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there, even though we went down in the middle of the night to show them our first night upon check in. When it happened again and I spoke to the woman at the front desk she lectured me instead of apologizing… they definitely do not clean whatsoever. We had gone to the beach and there was sand in the shower because of course the shower drain didn’t drain properly, and I figured the cleaning staff would have this cleaned the next day… NOPE sand was still everywhere in the bathroom. They charge for quite literally everything. I couldn’t even get 1 free water bottle or a free cup of hot water for tea….. I felt so uncomfortable here and it really started our trip off poorly Blood stains on sheets, they do not clean, they charge for water, fee for a pool towel, $$ for everything! Food sucked, service sucked, it smelled awful like cat piss, and the lobby bathroom never had toilet paper…

We had an amazing stay at Blu Laconia. Our room and suite with the sea view were beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The breakfast and dinner were both exceptional with great variety and quality every day. The staff especially George were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also loved Laconia itself. Visiting in the off season made the town feel calm, authentic, and much more relaxing than the busier tourist areas. A perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. The staff told us it’s super busy during high season, so recommend low season to book there.

, Amazing food buffet dinner with large choice of fish or vegetable starters, pasta or rice , meat or fish main course and wine and coffee included . Breakfast was just as amazing with bacon, eggs, home made cakes and cookies and fruit and cereals. Very friendly staff. Good value for money for couples with or without children but remember this is a holiday village hotel with lots of fun and noisy activities, after 11pm it's very peaceful again. The pool always had children activities and was cold so we never used it and went to the sea instead , maybe a good idea to inform and reserve 1 hour a day in the evening to adults alone, I saw some rooms overlooking the pool area which was very noisy so unless you have children and want to watch over them ask for a room far away from the pool .

Great place with spirit. Buffet food is tasty and service among expectations. Stefano at reception do his job great. Hope back one day! Complimentary water in room is rather worldwide standard.

The desk staff couldn’t clearly explain a simple difference in billing for one person vs two. Very frustrating for us.

The room we had was large, airy and clean with plenty of storage. It had an easy to use safe for valuables. The bed was very comfortable - extra pillows and blankets were available in the wardrobe. The bathroom was large - the shower powerful and hot. It was cleaned daily with fresh towels each day. The overall cleanliness was good. Car parking was plentiful opposite the hotel and free. The pool was clean but basic - no jacuzzi or water jets... And cold! I don't think it was heated. The small beach was 3 minutes walk was I felt it was poor quality. We paid for half board but were very disappointed by the low quality of food and choices. The cold dishes in the buffet were repeated several times so it looked like there was choice but there really wasn't. The hot pasta dishes were no better than school dinner quality in taste. The hot meat choices were again, repetitive and bland. If you are a foodie, please don't waste money on half board! Breakfast was typical continental and the only hot option was some vile scrambled egg or chunks of German sausage cut up. Same every morning. No variation what so ever. Dinner time was also absolutely manic!! It doesn't serve until 7:30pm so the entire hotel guests are all outside and waiting hungry. .. It was like a horrendous stampede - if you didn't get in quickly, the best cold buffet dishes were gone. The catering staff were slow with replacing empty dishes or they just condensed down what they had into smaller trays. I felt very sorry for the people who eat later as there was very little food left by 9pm when they stopped serving. The queues for the 'help yourself to a jug of wine' were long for the poorest quality wine you have ever tasted. The manager was extremely rude. Staff were lack lustre, slow and quite miserable. The location was not good. In La Conia there is nothing. Absolutely nothing, except a small Trattoria. The beach is small and not particularly nice (compared to the many exquisite beaches Sardinia has) and a 3-4 minute walk down the road. If you don't have a car you will struggle. The hotel has no entertainment except some guy singing on a karaoke machine each evening which could be heard in the rooms until 11pm. It was extremely poor and repetitive for 'entertainment' (maybe why so many people felt the need to down the free, terrible wine each evening!) The next village along, Cannigione, was a good 20 minute walk away and again, very basic town. Nothing to particularly do or see.

The room service and the breakfast time. All the rest was great.

I liked nothing about the property. started with rude staff. They don’t know the parking rules in the area. Their parking lots were full, which is ok, at least bother to know where guests can park. I liked nothing about the property. started with rude staff. They don’t know the parking rules in the area. Their parking lots were full, which is ok, at least bother to know where guests can park. I was only told about the breakfast, but now I realize I also had dinner included. Description says quiet hotel, but it’s not. You hear music from Pho beach, then at 6 very loud sprinklers (not like in US) start working in the courtyard. Lastly, last night I asked the reception for an iron and was told “we don’t have it, but you can go to city center laundromat” ?!?! It’s not a cheap hotel.

The location, the food. Generally very unfriendly staff. The hotel's rules are not applied to all guests, e.g. were told us we couldn't fill up our water bottle in the water dispensers when it's common practice to do so. Mandatory use of a swimming cap in the pool, not mentioned in the booking, when many guests don't use it. Very inconsistent in the application of hotel rules.

The large spacious rooms and the great staff in the catering area It was a little away from everything
-
The food and catering team! Location - prefer somewhere more central with sandier beach
-
It was very spacious, comfortable & had everything needed, although, a Kettle would have been nice? I would have preferred an upstairs room with a balcony.

accomondation? The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner was delightfull with plenty of choose. Discover this area by car just amazing idea. La Maddelana by car and Palau ferry 30-40 mins. I recommend to see: - Costa Paradiso, -Spiaggia di Cala li Cossi, -Spiaggia Cala Tinnari That was amazing choose and spending time there with my family.Thank You ? Nothing to mention.

The room was a good size. A lot of the staff were unhelpful. The Mosquitos were rife and you couldn’t sit outside without being bitten. Half an hour walk to the nearest small town which is no joke to buy drinks and carry them back in the heat. Public transport very difficult to find, Nothing to do there unless you like water sports and frying with the mosquitos on the beach..

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty food. Small room in the old part of the hotel.

Nice efficient stay in a hotel in a great location. The staff on the front desk were super nice and helpful. The rooms had a sea-view with a balcony. All very pleasant. Restaurant could do with a little improvement if I was to nit-pick, but nothing I'd consider an issue.
