The parking and the location Was very dirty, they had changed the towels only 2 times in 10 day and this just because i was asking for that and the same, they clean the room only one time. Only one person in the stuff was nice with me.( The lady with glasses)

Quiet and spacious room; location between Olbia and Palau, very easy to reach both; a nice beach within 5 minutes by foot; nice breakfast; a very convenient supermarket inside the hotel which opens everyday, it has fresh fruits, great selections of daily stuff and Sardinia tshirts at a very good price; Wifi only in public area; Checkout too early (10am) and checkin too late (5pm) for a 4 star hotel; The room needs more air changing and the beddings need some sunbathing to remove the moldy smell; The first room we got has water leaking from the bathroom pipe and large area of mold growing on the bathroom wall. Not just the mold color, but couple of centimeters of mold which can easily spread in the room. Luckily we could change to a different room after reporting to the front desk.

Friendly staff. Nice view, cute terrasse. Beds uncomfortable. Our air conditioner was loud. Wifi works outside.

Location of the hotel is great. You have a nice view from your balcony. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of different food that is very good. The room was clean. Staff could learn english a little bit better.

The hotel was in an ideal location, just next to a lovely beach and was a great base for our trip! We really enjoyed the breakfast, there was plenty of choice and the staff were friendly and helpful during that time. When we first arrived our room wasn’t fully ready despite being able to check in and one staff member wasn’t very helpful when we tried to ask for the second bed to be made up. Unfortunately this left a slightly bitter taste in our mouths from the very first day. However, the rest of the staff were lovely, we were just unlucky to get an awkward member deal with our problem.

the location is good but the air conditioner doesn't work at all it's not an air conditioner it's just a fan and it was very hot it ruined everything

Pool was and verry well kept and the pool guard was on point, clean and also very quiet No obvious way to get ride of rubbish towel change costs extra, no cleaning of apartment was there 4 days. Lots of staff sitting at the back, by the looks of it staying out of view ofanagement

Perfect location, varied breakfast and such a nice balcony facing the sea and pool of the hotel. Staff could be more friendly. Coffee machine was a bit problematic.

Nothing!there are many things that are not disclosed when you book the hotel!the hotel tries to make money from absolutely anything!the room is cleaned once every 4 days!breakfast has no variety, in two weeks the same products!on the official page it says that breakfast lasts until 10 o'clock...at the hotel I was informed that it lasts until 9:30...starting at 9 o'clock no more food is brought!be careful with the bills for anything you consume in the hotel and pay!I consumed two cocktails, I paid them, I asked for the bill, and when I handed over the key to the room, they asked me again for cocktails.
