Hampton Inn & Suites Canton

The rooms are very clean. Staff is beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful and there’s enough parking and everywhere you go is convenient back-and-forth to the hotel.

Room was comfortable. Coffee pots were always empty. Waffle batter machine empty. Room was close to breakfast area so we were awakened by loud voices and dogs barking. One banana left at breakfast bar and it was spoiled. No oatmeal. Tried to go back for coffee. Again, machine was empty.

The breakfast just wasn't up to my standards but, people liked it

Our room was very musty when we arrived and I notified the front desk about it. They said they were going to let housekeeping know so that a spray or something could help with the smell. I even saw a member of the housekeeping staff the next day outside our room and told her about it. I heard her call the desk right away. We were there three nights and nothing was done about it, Very disappointing.

I did not like the fact that they don’t clean the room every day and refresh the towels. I had to call for new towels to be brought to my room that shouldn’t have to be done when I pay $160 a night

Great Stay. Staff was fantastic. Room was clean. Only complaint was not sufficient hand rails in shower. Need two rails in a tub/shower combination.

I stayed 5 days and each day the breakfast got worst, the breakfast selection lacked optionality and creativity. Also for the guest who don’t eat meat or certain meats the serving tray’s should be separated and not under one Lid/steamer, when everything is under one lid the smell of meat blends with the sides and can take away from the taste of that side. Also if you do a side such as an omelette it should say contains meat so the guest won’t be surprised by meat being in the omelette. Overall good hotel, they just have to better with the food.

I love hoing her the only thing I didn't like was when I walk in it smelled like stinky socks so I took the air filter out and cleaned them they were do bad not in just one room but nothing rooms. But besides that they were very cleaned room and very good breakfasts and the staff was nice . Thank u
