Very nice Romanian speaking staff. Food. Our room was economy and better to choose other one I think.

As it was off season, it was not too busy and we could always get a sunbed. Bar staff were friendly. There is no way this hotel is 4 star. The bed didn’t seem like a double at all and the pillows were paper thin which made for a really uncomfortable few nights of sleep. The aircon in the room leaked through the ceiling through the night. The fridge in the room was not cold and there was no way to turn it down. We arrived at 2am and there was no one on reception despite the hotel advising a 24 hour reception. We had to open doors that had ‘staff only’ signs on to get someone’s attention to check in. We weren’t allowed to fill our water bottles up at the water machine on check in - the only option was to pay 3 euro for bottled water out of the vending machine. When we arrived in the room we found that the hand soap was empty and the towels were worn out. The food in the buffet was totally bland, either dangerously undercooked or horribly overcooked and often incorrectly labelled. For example, there were fish croquettes labelled as chicken nuggets. Ended up eating out on the 4th night due to the buffet food being so bad.

The entertainment was great, every night except for Mondays there was some form of entertainment: karaoke, acrobatic show, bingo, etc. Mohammad, the main member of the entertainment staff was fantastic and made sure that everybody there was having a great time, he deserves a lot of credit! There was music all day by the pool which changed day to day, and you could request to change it if desired. If you don’t enjoy having the music as background noise, there is plenty space to move to a sun lounger further away where this is not an issue and you can read a book, etc The food was nice, every day they have a mixture of a few dishes cooked inside with various themes (e.g. one night had Mexican, one night Italian, one night Asian, etc), with salad options and bread. Then there is a grill outside with both a freshly cooked meat and fish option every day, which always changes. Some of the dishes cooked inside were sometimes not the best, but the variety always meant there was something to enjoy every night. The grill was a particular favourite of ours The hotel is very close to the beach so it is easy to go there if you prefer that to the pool. The bathrooms were a bit dated, they could be updating. Some of the food on certain nights wasn’t the best, but there was enough variety to enjoy something each night

Mohammed, animation guy. Location. Adults only. No cocktails or alcohol free beer in all inclusive. Poor variety of deserts. Took 3 days to get room floor swept which was dirty on arrival. And 3 days to unblock mens urinals. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 star. Everything run on a very low budget. Not good value for money.

I liked the atmosphere. Adults only was perfect! very close to the beach. Small but quality selection of restaurants. Staff were really nice and helpful. the pool was clean and large enough to accommodate the people staying there. Little bit of disrepair with stair handrails. Breakfast not the best cooked selection and the fried eggs weren't cooked thoroughly enough with uncooked white on top of the yoke. The Glasses were dirty every day especially breakfast. Although I payed for all inclusive, I only had breakfast there 3 times in a week and didn't eat any other meals in the hotel. The air conditioning did not work in my room and the fridge wasn't the best for keeping anything cool.

Hotel was nice and quit. No children. All-inclusive bar was really nice. Thanks Ramon and co. Entertainment was good. Mohamed did a great job :-) Beach was very nice and clean, and close to the hotel. Nice that they turned on the lights in the pool in the evening. Coffee in the restaurant was not good. They should skip the fancy coffee machines (that was based on instand coffee) and just make plain old filter coffee instead. Many people were compaining about coffee. The only good coffee machine was in the bar. They should buy 20 more sunbeads. Then there would be enough for everybody. Now people put towels on the sunbeds at 6.00 am to be sure to get a sunbead.

The hotel has a really good access to the beach, it is so easy to go to the beach. The cleanliness is so good. Every day the rooms are getting cleaned and around pool and all the toilets in hotel are so clean. The entertainment programs at night were so fun and created a friendly atmosphere among the geusts and staff. The cooks and bartenders are super friendly. The management of hotel is so helpful and they do whatever you need to make your stay comfortable.

Reception staff brilliant. Never tired to explain to people the same things. Food is good. My room nr 523 was with perfect view. Hotel located just 5 minutes from beautiful laguna. During evening meal you must buy drinks (even water) from the bar(it is cheap), and if you didn't boughtsomething a Waitress gets grumpy (actualy, only one of them). During supper offen sounds loud "kinder garden style music", which shakes you. A room wifi fi could be a bit stronger.

This was a one-night stay because the hotel I was due to stay in at Font de sa Cala could not accommodate me for the first night. There was a man at reception who was helpful when I asked him a few questions - the lady on reception was less nice and helpful I found. The bed was light-weight and easily moved when nudging it - it was a cheap bed, plus there was no duvet cover on the duvet. There were only two pillows on the bed and they were too thin for my liking. The air conditioning in my bedroom was weak and did not cool the room down enough (I had put the setting to the coolest possible). The soap dispenser in bathroom was only half full, and no actual soap as I'd expect of a 4-star hotel. The decor in the bedroom was very basic. The pictures dotted around the hotel were cartoonesque in style and by the same artist - this style of painting was not really appropriate for a hotel, and the artwork did seem very plain and low quality. The tattooed lady on reception seemed to have an attitude and I did not take to her, and really the reception needed two full-time people on the desk because there was a queue of people waiting to be served when I arrived. She insisted on me producing a print-out of the reservation when I arrived, when really all she needed was my passport to know who I was and get me checked in - this I thought was unnecessary. I had breakfast at the hotel but it was a decent enough breakfast - coffee undrinkable though. I definitely would not return to this hotel and I don't think it is deserving of a four-star rating.

The location is perfect. We got a garden view room which was a great surprise as we could see the sea from there too! Kristy the animator was amazing! So welcoming and she done loads of fun activities. Reception staff was excellent too always had a smile for us and very attentive. Thank you guys for everything we will be returning!

Great location, close to the beach. Everything is old, probably nothing has changed since it was built. The corridors smell of urine, the air conditioner works as it decides. The food is disgusting, the cutlery and glasses are dirty, as if they had not been washed. The doors are rusted, the paint is peeling, the tiles are cracked. You don't expect to see this in a 4 star hotel. You can also play billiard, air hockey and darts, of course you have to pay, but everything is old and does not function as it should. At best, they are worth 1.5-2 stars.
