Thank you for a wonderful place to stay to celebrate a milestone anniversary. Staff were great and made us feel at home away from home. The Harrison was a very charming bed and breakfast that was walking distance to all the Cape May attractions .

This was our second time staying at the Harrieson. We were just as pleased as before. Lovely room. Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. So convenient to not have to bring beach towels and beach chairs! We also used the bikes that were available to use. Walk to beach. Walk to town.

Always an absolutely lovely house right in the middle between the beach and Washington Ave. Walk to everything. Fabulous breakfasts

Amazing breakfast. Clean and quiet room.

Highly recommended. A suggestion - glasses not plastic cups in the room.

From the most delicious (and work-of-art breakfast) prepared by a talented chef Kamala, to the friendliest and most helpful management and all the staff, this was one of the best and most relaxing vacations we've ever had! The hotel location is set on one of the prettiest streets in Cape May, surrounded by other Victorian ginger bread houses. It's only one block to the beach, and super close walk to Washington Street Mall, which made this experience even more amazing! Top that off with the most stunning French style decor, and ability to enjoy the end of your day on a rocking chair of a magical Victorian wraparound porch, and you feel that you never want to leave. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

It’s a historic property, very well maintained, with a friendly staff, excellent breakfast. They even give you a robe for when you’re up to lounging. Parking is a bit tricky, but they give you a decent solution.

Nothing not to like

This is a wonderful well located B&B with outstanding breakfasts!! Very well run:)

the first night two of my pillows had an odd chemical smell, but they resolved this problem the next morning.

The breakfast used fresh food and was very well balanced. The presentation was appealing.

Location, the breakfast was good , the brandy and Sherry were nice little bonuses. The room had a very musty smell and was very damp. We did have the air conditioner on to help with the humidity and heat. We’ve stayed in other B and B and had great conversations with the owners who ran the place. We were shocked to find that the staff were not local or that the owners were not on site. However the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We did not bring up our issues for a couple of reasons: 1. our stay was short and it would have been more hassle to deal with. 2. It appeared that the B and B was at capacity and again it would have been more of a hassle to change rooms if there was one available. 3. The owners were not the ones on site running the place so we felt less of a connection, and again we didn’t want to bother with it for such a short amount of time. A few suggestions, the bed was very uncomfortable for us, maybe it is time to switch it out? We were not told about the refrigerator in the house we were staying in, we happened to discover it late in the second day. At other B and B we’ve stayed at there were more options for coffee creamers ( flavored) just a little something that made our stay more enjoyable in the past.

The location was great. The afternoon tea concept is great. Room was nice Parking, Breakfast selections, staff personalities. The afternoon tea did not accommodate all the houses that were able to stop by and partake. Service at breakfast lacked personality. Finding staff was difficult, even with the bell.
