Virginia Hotel

Hotel was gorgeous. Loved having breakfast on the porch, room was adorable, and staff was fabulous. We will definitely be back!

We had a nice long weekend at the Virginia. The location is perfect. Easy walk to all of the shopping. Easy walk to the beach access. The staff at the beach was great.. set up our chairs and umbrella for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does a nice job of making sure we had what we needed. It was great to be able to enjoy breakfast on the front porch, however, the service at breakfast is slow and the wait staff seems overwhelmed and not able to keep up. They were very polite, just slow and not attentive. While waiting for the food, they should bring the coffee or other drinks, but they don't. They have you fill out your order and time the day before, so I am not sure why we had to wait for such a long time for breakfast to be served each day. I also think eggs and bacon should be a regular option, instead, they make you pay extra if you want that. They also bring very little creamer for the coffee. But overall, we had a nice relaxing stay.

Worth it for the breakfast and beach service alone! Free bikes, too!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind - the hotel was so cute; loved the linens and it was the perfect location. The challenge was the AC and the noise in our room. The AC wasn't working so they brought in a window AC that was loud and noisy and that would shut off and on throughout the night which woke us up. During the late evenings we could hear loud people on the street. When we checked out I mentioned the AC and the front desk said they'd let maintenance know.

Staff was very nice and helpful. It was very nice that we could use the amenities on the day of the arrival and the day of departure, including having a beach tag provided by the hotel.

Everything went well. 3rd floor was a little tough Loved the coffee availale in the loby in mornings, loved the availale courtesy shuttle in evenings. N/A

The room was clean with many amenities including water, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and more. There was a refrigerator in the room. Valet parking and baggage delivery to the room made our onboarding smooth. I had stayed here before and the breakfast was upgraded with a broader selection and delivery to the room possible. Though we did not use the bar, free appetizers made a visit tempting

Charming property in the historic district a block from the beach. Staff are very helpful & the room was very clean. Wonderful porches for breakfast, happy hour & hanging out. Would stay there again?

Very clean attractive facility. Big wrap around porch. Right in historic area close to beach. Free continental breakfast plus cooked food if you want it. Associated with congress hotel, you can use their facilities and pool. Valet parking behind congress.

This was our first time staying here and it won’t be the last as this boutique hotel is amazing! From the extremely friendly and welcoming staff to the very clean and comfortable room to the delicious complimentary breakfast, I can’t recommend staying here more!

Superb

The hotel is located in town with access to the shops and restaurants all within a short walking distance. The hotel itself has a wonderful breakfast and the staff was very attentive. We would highly recommend and will plan to stay again!

The staff were impeccable, operated as a team, when valet was busy, manager went to get our car. Lounge staff was attentive but not overbearing, facility was excellent, very classic old school upscale, overall top notch stay, worth every penny.

Fabulous stay at The Virginia. Great location, staff and the property is beautifully looked after. All the staff were great above and beyond - nothing was ever too much. Would love to go back and stay again sometime - thanks yo everyone
