This was a lovely stay. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Property was very clean.

Clean rooms service twice a day, bikes for rental across the street, helpful staff, access to congress hall pool, on the lower side our room felt very small for the price paid and the safe didn’t work

All good!

The pull-out sleeper looked a little tired and we hesitated to use it knowing that soft surfaces absorb EVERYTHING. So we requested extra bedsheets to cover the sofa sleeper, which the housekeeping staff promptly delivered. Problem solved immediately!

best location near all and hotel is the sister of the Congress Hall so you can use pool there and all amenities

Lovely receptionist. Felt welcome each time we entered or left. Everything was close - amenities, shopping, eateries. Room was comfy. Stairs. Anyone with bad knees should definitely stay on the first floor. Note to self: do your research.

The proximity of the inn was excellent close to almost everything we did! It was also nice that it was under the Congress hall umbrella, and we could use the amenities there! I would’ve liked to have had a small refrigerator in the room and there was definitely space for it!

We had the BEST room! On the third floor (perfect if you don't mind stairs) in the main building. (I think it was room 6?). It was beautiful with a view of the water, super big, beautiful! The people at the desk were so nice! And I didn't realize until we checked in that we could use all of the amenities at the Congress Hotel across the street.

Location and parking No one was there to greet us despite arriving in time; very hard uncomfortable bed

Came down for a weekend (Saturday-Monday) for our honeymoon. Staff was amazingly helpful when I called to have to have some amenities waiting for us in our hotel room. Staff communicated by call, text, and email! Made it a very easy process. Late check in Saturday was easy and the whole experience was awesome. Also, the little cafe has some great coffee and cappuccino :)
