Room was lovely, freshly renovated with everything you need. Comfy bed and couch. All staff were lovely and very helpful. Complimentary bus to sister resort and beach is great. We will be back. Area has yummy cheap restaurants. Aircon was temprementle.

Our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Its beautiful, the breakfast is amazing. The pools are gorgeous, roof top has a spa in the pool. Great views. Beautiful food. Loved heading out at night to the local restaurants and street food. The staff make the hotel. They are all amazing and beautiful people. The guy who takes your luggage to the room is so strong, he was able to grab 2 suitcases at a time, to our hotel room, up the stairs. He made it look so easy, the look of my partner said it all. We also loved heading up to Cape Panwa Hotel and having a swim at the beach. Of course with cocktails not far away. We love the place. Coming back again in August. Value for money too. Nothing

the breakfast was not great, very limited options, but it did not bother us because the room was excellent, tremendous value for money, and the microwave in the room was very useful.

Great view from rooftop pool! Lovely staff. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. Very clean, and grounds were lush and tropical. Sister hotel with beach and bus every 20 minutes. Close to stores, restaurants.

You have to take a shuttle than a tram to get to the beach. Beautiful beach.

breakfast was really good, very close to many areas I needed to go, taxi just outside so it was nice for traveling, shuttle bus for sister hotel, Aquarium close, huge room!

Overall, the property was lovely. We had an excellent room which was well-equipped and very comfortable, and the bathroom was also quite large and very clean compared to what you normally get in a hotel. The staff were generally very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was consistently good every day with some variety in the menu. While there is no beach at the property per se, they have a shuttle which connects you to a sister property with a beautiful beach and it's only about 5 minutes away. We never had any issues getting to the beach during our stay. There are also nice gym facilities which we found useful. We didn't encounter any major issues, although we did try to book an excursion through the hotel and ended up having to re-plan our day the day before the trip was supposed to happen as it had been overbooked. This was a bit frustrating as we had already paid a deposit, but we were able to replan our trip independently and the hotel happily returned the deposit that we had paid, so everything ended well.

The all-day shuttle to Cape Panwa Hotel is a huge bonus! You can enjoy the beautiful private beach and its facilities, with the exception of the main pool. We especially enjoyed the location, it’s away from the chaos of phuket, yet still has a 7-11 store,a few restaurants, shops and massage centers. The seaside street food market was wonderful,you can simply join the locals and enjoy your food on a bench by the water. housekeeping doesn't speak any english

Very friendly and attempted staff. Manager Nu is very helpful. Great sea view from the room and the most amazing private beach! I walked at the beach every time when I was there. I did some beach cleanup ad well. I feel so peaceful and relaxed there. Phuket Aquarium is right next to the hotel. Not a big one, but you can see some sea turtles there. Some local Thai restaurants nearby. I recommend “Sawasdee”, there’s good food with live music! A bit far from the airport. Need to plan your trip well when you arrange shuttle service.

Slightly far from a lot of things so be prepared to pay more for grab ride. Best quiet area and to the left and right of hotel is small beach area. Ramps to get to our second story room, no elevator but that was fine with us. Room and bed was comfortable. Loved having a small kitchen and washer machine. No elevator to room

It was our 2nd stay at Kantary Phuket; it feels like a home away from home! It works great for our small family; a 'kid friendly' environment. The beach is perfect for our 15-month-old son.

Perfect location, quiet, great views. Hotel doesn't have a beach, but it's a 5min walk or free shuttle ride to Cape Panwa hotel to an unbelievable beach.
