The restuarant gets very noisy during supper and breakfast times. I dont think anything could be done about this though.

I cant be eating the sausage on my way out when I'm done with my meal

Centrally located. Happy, friendly staff. Room 601 situated by the elevators, why do you put guests in rooms next to the elevators? it is so noisy! One of the single beds was so soft and lumpy, and sagged to one side. The beds bases are covered in those manky base covers that are stained, dirty and sagging. The bedside tables were dusty especially on the sides. The coffee cupboard housing the fridge was old and the wood very worn out inside. The windows are filthy dirty. The bathrooms had been upgraded with fresh paint that we could hardy breathe at night because of the toxic smell. The bath hadn't been cleaned properly; the toilet dustbin and toilet brush were covered in paint and needs to be replaced. The water was tepid on both days. I would NOT rate this hotel 4 stars!

Halal. Salaah Ghana Response for room service was pathetic Communication prior to stay was pathetic

Excellent ambience All good ..

The bed was AMAZING! The breakfast made me want to go to be early just to eat again! I asked for more coffee and milk and only got 3 packets each time, same with asking for toilet paper. I did get what I asked for I just wished they gave more so I didn't have to keep asking over and over again. 90% of the staff couldn't even do the evert to smile (especially the restaurant staff) and I had to repeat myself like 4 times as if they couldn't understand English. When it comes to the room I was very happy but I would have liked it if the showers had doors - everything was always wet after we took a shower.

Great breakfast, amazing view from the suite. Great customer service.

Maybe you could leave extra pillows in the cupboard ?

The hotel went out of their way to arrange an early breakfast on sunday morning for the runner which was not expected Nothing

The location was excellent, and the room was good size. To have the AC working, and when requested for 2 twin beds, to have them separated, instead of pushed together to form a queen.
-
Location When your manager ask us to pay to leave abag in room. After the check out time, we didn't meet the time because we're running and we forced to pay R500. That was not acceptable at all

Staff attitude, left the place scared to death

They renewed 2 water bottles every day. The AC was good. Room: The coffee cups were dirty and were not changed at all during the stay. The cleaning staff did not change the sheets even though I asked them. The cleaning was overall below average. They provide tiny shampoo and body wash bottles which do not get renewed every day unless the cleaning staff see the bottles are gone. Also there is a smell on the floor and in the room which is not nice, it's a very strong unpleasant air freshener. The toilet flush was broken so it would keep running and you hear the noise of water running all night long. The TV is quite old with no access to services like netflix. Breakfast: the coffee cannot be worse. The food options were quite limited, only a few oily options for warm food. The crepe and omlette options are the better options but it takes too long for the staff to prepare it, crepe preparation is quite troublesome for them. The pastry were very poor like the croissants were factory-made.

Room matched my expectations. Just some noise on arrival due to renovations etc. But at least it was minimal.

Good breakfast, clean, large bright room Dated, hair dryer and European plug in the room didn’t work. The neighborhood is in the business area and not fit for tourists. I arrived the hotel after a long flight at 12:30 PM and asked for an early check-in which I was not given. During my wait in the reception, two different groups of guests arrived and were given rooms before the check-in time. I walked up to the desk at 2 PM which was the check-in time and asked for my room which was still not ready. After some humming and hawing, they ended up giving me room number 610 despite that I paid for a superior twin room because they didn’t have a room in my category ready. I got a downgrade AND a later check in! I honestly will not stay here again or recommend this place given the other options in Cape Town.

It was nice and lovely breakfast. Staff was accommodating as possible. A lot of plumbing issues in room, toilet wouldn’t flush and sink kept over flowing the whole time. I had to call maintenance 2 times.
