The rooms are pretty old..

I had an upgrade because the room I booked was not available. That my room that I booked was not available.m

Scenery When we came there it was smelling in the room Key card didn't want to work after second try Pollows was hard It wasn't far from the place but we couldn't walk there I asked for a hdmi cable, they had but I couldn't use it Outdate television Can't trust that your belongings will be safe.

Breakfast was good, I travelled with my kids and the breakfast options catered for all of them.

We enjoyed the breakfast it was lovely maybe add pancakes

Can you please put smart TV box And the parking spot make it a little more safe by either using electronic gate or a guard

I liked the simplicity of the check in process. It was quick and easy and by the time we arrived it seemed like they were expecting us. The receptionist was friendly and vey competent.

The internet connection in my room was unsatisfactory. Additionally, there was no refrigerator available to store my items. The bathroom basin was also not in good condition—please look into this. Lastly, the room I stayed in did not have a pleasant view. In the future, I would appreciate having a room with a nice view. No refrigeration in the room and bathroom basin is not in good condition.

Friendly and helpful staff. Wide variety breakfast buffet

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nice. The fact that you don't even offer the guests water, we had to use water from the toilet. It was a windy night, and you could swear that we left the door open because of the noise, the sliding doors need maintainace.

The rooms need some renovation and furniture looks old. Maybe remove the carpet.

the early closure of the pool and gym and cutting of grass while eating outside on patio we had to move inside quickly very unpleasant

Breakfast was excellent and the view was fantastic. Waiting for an hour for a iron and ironing board. Experiencing a near drowning experience of one of your guests while having breakfast at the pool side was extremely traumatic and disappointmenting. Why where guests allowed to enter the pool with their clothes on in the first place and then there was no reaction from the staff to the incident. My husband landed up jumping into the pool with all his clothes to save the couple that were about to drown. I then ran into reception to get towels for them only to find out there are no towels clean at reception. Waited more than 10 minutes for towels. After informing the lady sitting in the office of what had happened she did not even come outside to have a look at what was going on. Extremely disappointed in this and it really disturbed our stay further so much so that we did not use the outside area again or the pool.
