Staff facilitated move to another room after initially assigned to one with a filthy window that was blocked by an elevator shaft. Also liked the free hotel shuttle to the V&A waterfront. During both of our stays at the Double Tree Upper Eastside.

Clean and comfortable The location. Not walkable, no shops or restaurants nearby, neighborhood seemed unsafe at night

Door made a loud noise when other doors closed in the hall. Too expensive for location, for that amount breakfast should be included.

The Housekeeping team a complete let down...they do not clean thoroughly. The amenities seemed to be short on some days. The rooms were not being cleaned well especially the bathrooms

Cleanliness We are couple but there was 2 single bed in the room. Even though both the bed was attached but it was moving.

I'm so thankful for how the staff and everyone was so kind to my mother and her friend while they were staying there. They made her birthday weekend so memorable and I cant thank them enough!

Cleanliness, hygiene and most of the staff was friendly and willing to help. One or 2 waiters need assistance though The things I asked for when I was booking were not there when I checked in. But they opened a space communication and as such, it was fixed

Had a lovely stay. The hotel was close to where I needed to be, and the complimentary shuttle to the V&A waterfront was great & convenient.
