Overall it was average, they places us in the self catering unit for 1 night then transferred us to the hotel after a complaint, fortunately they accommodated us in the hotel which was good, Management help where they could firstly our booking was not in the system from booking.com, they placed us in their self catering unit which did not go down well as shower was leaking in the the bathroom. Management of the hotel was average to poor with little professionalism

Super location with a nice view on Atlantic. Very friendly, kind and helpful staff. We felt very safe in the hotel as well as in the whole area around. Breakfast could be more varied and richer

Location was nice and the staff were nice and helpful The property was run down and needing upgrading or renovating to make it worth the price we had to pay. The beds were awful with springs coming through when you laid it n them! The facilities were also a bit lacking, no air con in two of the three bedrooms we had, and the fridge freezer was only turned on a few minutes before we arrived meaning it never really got cold enough to use for our drinks etc

Location. Room was very stuffy and hot when we arrived. Only the bathrooms has a window plus the main entrance. The AC did not work properly. Breakfast is made fresh and could have been quicker.

the property is as beautiful as we saw it on the pictures the property is self catering and we are responsible for cleaning it but there were no brooms or anything for us to clean even after we requested them. they also do not provide ironing facilities which was really not pleasant

Upon arrival the staff at the reception was very friendly, the cleaning staff was very very friendly and helpful, what ever we were looking for they were there to assist us. Keep up the good work ? The last time we visited the place, we were given our own remote for the gate but now you must climb of your car and ring the bell, even if you go out they must open for you,and the breakfast is no more buffet Good

Very good location for our needs. Rooms were good size and clean. The parking situation is horrendous. On the booking site it states that parking is available but on further investigation it is stated that it is on a first come first serve basis. It should the be advertised accordingly. Also access is a problem after 23H00. There was a towel shortage. I was told that the dryer was broken but that was not the case. Our towels only arrived on the first night at 22H00 and this is really unacceptable. My daughter’s room had no towels on day one. This really impacted on our stay , but decided not to keep this against the establishment in terms of rating the experience.

excellent location. lovely, helpful staff. clean. facilities perfect. views are amazing. pool area brilliant. wouldn’t change my mind to stay again, but a generator could add to already a great experience
