Beautiful and spacious room with living area and kitchenette. Ocean view, but we didn't get there. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Location was convenient with a supermarket in the bottom floor.

The hotel is within a mall, does not have much character (but on the upside, there are several shops and two supermarkets reachable directly with the lift)

Location is perfect with shops right under the building. Staff was available for any of my questions and happy to assist. Parking was easy to find and seem to be safe. Room was as described and perfect for what i needed.

The size of the room and the professional handling of our registration by the Receptionist I initially booked for 2 nights and was charged the full price. Due to travel changes, I canceled the first night online 5 days before arrival. According to the cancellation policy, cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival are free. However, I have still not received the refund of ZAR 2,328.48 after almost one week.

Good location. Clean and big size room. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around. Walking distance to the beach.

I've booked a delux room and they gave me a budget room. I noticed and they changed it for me. But if I didn't notice, I was given the wrong room. No power outlet next to bed. Also it was pricy.

I liked opening the sliding glass door, and it was very difficult. It wasn’t truly a balcony, as the hotel information stated.

We were thrilled with our stay at Newkings. The hotel location was excellent -within walking distance to many restaurants and the Promenade. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was superb- they arranged drivers at the last minute, and every request and question were met with a genuine smile. Highly recommend! nothing
